He's adding Kore これ to the end of the sentence. It translates to "this" but in Konohamaru's instance it's more like a tic similar to Naruto.

I wondered this too. I never realized he had a catch phrase until Naruto figured out a woman was Konohamru in disguise because he said that word

Konohama,ru has a verbal tic he says Kore at the end of his sentences.

, "kore" (コレ, a laughing signal or appreciation) is also another translation of it
