Edo Madara is in Tier 1 or so. EMS Maddy without Kyuubi and Base Hashi should be in Tier 2 or 3, whatever floats your boat. EMS Maddy and SM Hashi should definitely be in Tier 1/2. EMS Sasuke two tiers below BM Naruto? I say he's one tier below.

I'm a fanboy of Naruto myself, but it's ludicrous that you asserted that Base Hashirama and EMS Madara w/o Kurama is below Naruto as well as somehow putting SM Hashi and Full EMS Maddy/Edo Mad on equal footing to War Arc Naruto.

I also find putting EMS Sasuke way below him is irrational. He's not too far below, if you know what I mean of course.

It may be a decent list, but your Naruto wanking is displaying the way you arrange them together.

Edo Madara under Orochimaru? No.

The Kyuubi is Madara's summon as he can summon it at will in any battle scenario so there can't be a version of him with and without it.

BM Naruto on par with Edo-Madara (Mokuton, Rin'negan - can summon the Gedo), Hashirama and Prime Obito (Mokuton, Kamui, Rin'negan - can summon the Gedo with tailed beast inside)? This list is flawed.

Man, I appreciate the effort, but you CANNOT put Edo Tensei Zombies in any tier list or top ten.

A water style user can flood the whole world, so that instantly gratifies Tobirama and Nagato Tier 0.

Right off the bat, I noticed Killer Bee being too high. Bee has been portrayed as (perhaps only slightly) inferior to both Minato and Itachi, largely because he lacks their intellect, and in Itachi's case, Bee also has inferior abilities/jutsu. Minato will probably show more too, making him the same as Itachi in that respect.

In fact, I would argue that Bee would lose to all the people in his current tier, and most of the ninja in the tier below him.
