Description: Zapdos is a giant vulture, of the same size as Gamabunda. He is a Raiton master, and can use raiton up to forbidden rank. He can carry a full size Akimichi on his back (size of the Gedo Mazo). He is yellow in color, and his plumage is constantly disparaged. He can also perform hand seals with his claws, although the jutsu performed on the hand of the user, will be performed in the Vulture's beak instead. To summon him, the user will put his blood on the contract fan, perform the needed hand seals and swing the fan in the air above him. Zapdos will appear right above the user, already flying. He can speak in human tongue as well.
-Can only be summoned once per battle
-Must be Kage rank or higher to summon him, or one won't earn his respect, and he will fly away

Description: The user contracts all the muscles of his lower arm, and then envelops his lower arm with 2 reverce chakra curents, that create an edge on the outer arm. This way, the hardened part becomes as hard as Iron. Then, a chakra katana blade will appear around the hand of the user, with it's edge being at the fingertips. The user can also replace the normal chakra used for this jutsu with chakra of any (basic) element he has mastered. If he does so however, he can maintain the blade active for only one turn.
-If master level or higher, one can activate this technique on both hands.
-Can stay activated for a maximum of 3 turns.

Description: A signer of the Vulture's contract, will grow black wings of a vulture on his back, that allow him to fly. With them, he can fly at the speed of the fastest summons. However, as his bones are far heavier than a vulture's, the wings need to be very big ( 8 meters from one wing to an other), making them easy to target. If the wings get even a small hit (similar to the shadow clone structure), they will disappear, leaving black feathers around the user. Can stay active till the end of the turn. The wings will not be destroyed by jutsu the user casts. They can also be used instead of a fan, when a jutsu requires one.

(Ninpou: Bakuhatsu Danmaku Tagu) Ninja Style: Explosive Tag Barrage

Description: The user will form three handseals, "snake > boar > monkey", and then clap their hands together, channeling their chakra through the air and into any Explosive Tag within range (the user must be aware of the tags' presence). Then, utilizing the basic properties of "Manipulate Advancing Blades", the user will then cause the tag to levitate, and their chakra will cause the tags to become stiff like a piece of metal (the paper comprising the tag can still be cut, but it cannot be bent or shattered). The user will then cause the Explosive Tags to fly in any desired direction, though every Explosive Tag caught in this technique will travel to the same location. This technique can be used to stop the kunai with explosive tags attached to them, or to redirect the user's own Explosive Tag-attached kunai back at the target, among other uses. When the user separates their clapped hands, the tags explode simultaneously.

(Genjutsu: Shanburuzu) Illusionary Arts: Shambles

Description: The user will begin by forming four handseals, and then will hold out a closed fist towards the target, suddenly opening their hand with their palm facing the target to cast the illusion. As the user opens their hand, the illusion is cast and the target sees their body being separated into six main parts (the head and neck, right arm, left arm, right leg, left leg, and torso). Within the illusion, whenever the target attempts to move a part of their body, the intended movement will be augmented to be larger than intended. For example, if the target tries to move their right arm to the left, it will fly towards the left far beyond the distance the target intended. In a sense, the target has control over how a body part moves, and in which direction, but not over the strength of which it moves. While in the illusion, anything which happens to a part of the victim will be felt in the victim's mind, meaning if the detached arm becomes cut, the target will feel the illusionary cut despite it being however far away it appears to be. The user can also control how the target's body moves within the illusion with hand gestures, though the target's will can overpower the user's intentions (ie. if the target tries to move their arm left while the user tries to move their arm right, it will move left). When the user moves the target's detatched body parts, they are able to do so with precision, unlike the target themselves.
In the real world, this technique has taken away the target's fine motor skills, making any physical movement they make within the genjutsu translate to the real world as a large gesture, such as trying to reach up to scratch one's head turning into driving one's arm upwards as hard as they can and then moving back and forth in an exaggerated "scratching" motion. In addition to their hand-eye coordination being completely taken away from the victim (as they see their limbs being severed and separated, when in the real world they are very much still attached), the loss of fine motor skills makes it very difficult for the target to perform tasks such as reaching into a weapons pouch to grab a kunai, or clapping their hands together to form Kai in order to break the technique.

Description and Background: Testudo is a tortoise, which is a testudine that does well on the land. It is different from a turtle as a turtle fairs better in the water. Testudo hails from the coast of Turtle Island, where he has honed his combat skills due to the dangerous environment. Testudo is about twice the size of Gamakichi and can hold up to two humans on his shell. When he withdraws his head and limbs there is enough space in his shell for a human to fit into. Testudo can perform Water and Earth techniques up to B-rank.

The wind last as long as the user has his sword still unsheathed. Then the user pulls out his sword and the wind gathers and travels where ever the sword is swung. The wind travels as a wind blast toward their intended target. The blast can be controlled to be a narrow more sharp blast of wind or a wide spread blast.

Description: The Devils Threads is a weapon that was made by an old semstress and her husband a black smith, they both worked on the Devils Threads for many years only to have it stolen from them, by -Tauburn-. The Devils Threads are wrapped around the users wrists and fingers under the users gloves or around the gloves, the thread are very flexable and cant be broken from use of any other weapons. The Devils Threads is a shape tranformation weapon, given enough chakra will harden into a solid sheild like shape, or a weapon of any kind, even into indiviual stradess that will bind the opponent. The threads are only able to channel Fire and Lightning chakra thoughout the thread, if any other element is used the threads wont even respond to the users chakra. The threads themselves are made out of a thin chakra absorbing metal, that will give shape to the users will, The threads also have silk braided into the chakra absorbing metal threads, giving the thread a greenish tint from the silk.

C -Rank - 20 chakra/30 damage: Will create shapes out of the threads to make a strong defence/offence againist attacks, while giving the threads shape for a extended amount of time.

B -Rank - 25 chakra/40 damage: The user will channel chakra into the threads and munipulate them into a weapons shape Meaning the weapon will have the same weight of a weapon and the same sharpness of a weapon.

A -Rank - 30 chakra/ N/A damage: The user will release chakra into the threads, then control the threads to wrap around the opponents body restraining him. (Arms, legs, neck, wrists, figers, and ankles.)

S -Rank - 40 chakra/80 damage: The user will channel lighting or fire chakra through out the Devils Threads and use them to attack the enemy. Lightning will hit the opponent and give them a numb feeling for 30 secs, while if the user channels fire chakra throughout the thread the opponent will receive critical burns if hit by the thread.

Description: The Dragon Guillotine is a weapon made up of seventy two blades that are located on the users back made of an indestructible metal, the blades are reactant to the users chakra moving at the users will as independent limbs. The seventy two blades appear as wings coming from the users back, made up of more chakra absorbing metals. Each of the blades is attached to one another by a thin chakra absorbing metal wire which pull and push the blades while each of the blades is a separate blade they are all connected by the wire. The Dragon Guillotine is able to act separate and in unison with one another, able to be used while they are loose able to be used as a whip like weapon or a single blade, even able to release a small number of the blades from the tips of the wings and they return. The Dragon Guillotine while attached to the users back is able to allow the user to sense the opponents chakra, locating them on the field at all times with great accuracy. The wings can reach to the furthest part of mid range with ease. The wings are also able to release the users elemental affinity from the seventy two blades just by swinging the blades at the opponent.

Description and Background: A hedgehog is any of the spiny mammals of the subfamily Erinaceinae, which is in order Erinaceomorpha. Like many of the first mammals they have adapted to a nocturnal, insectivorous way of life. Hedgehogs' spiny protection resembles that of the unrelated rodent porcupines and monotreme echidnas.
Hedgehogs are easily recognized by their spines, which are hollow hairs made stiff with keratin. A defense that all species of hedgehogs possess is the ability to roll into a tight ball, causing all of the spines to point outwards. However, its effectiveness depends on the number of spines, and since some of the desert hedgehogs evolved to carry less weight, they are much more likely to try to run away and sometimes even attack the intruder, trying to ram into the intruder with its spines, and rolling as a last resort.
Hedgehogs occasionally perform a ritual called anointing. When the animal encounters a new scent, it will lick and bite the source, then form a scented froth in its mouth and paste it on its spines with its tongue. The specific purpose of this ritual is unknown, but some experts believe anointing camouflages the hedgehog with the new scent of the area and provides a possible poison or source of infection to predators poked by their spines.
Hedgehogs have some natural immunity against snake venom due to the protein erinacin in the animal's muscular system.

Hebi No Tanjō - Birth Of Snakes

Description: The user does the Snake hand sign and then starts having 6 snakes (3 on each side) come out of his back and stay connected to them. Each snakes is 7 feet long. The snakes can be used to attack the opponent and and be used to grab ninja tools out of the air and help protect the user. The snakes can also grab onto near trees or pillars to help pull the user out of the way of incoming attacks like ninja tools. The snakes and the user have connected version and the snakes can alert the user on what they sense using their senses through temperature and smell but the user does not get the these sense and must have the snake use their senses and get alerted through the snakes.

The opponent will then see Death and his demons appear in front of them and reaching out to grab them. When they grab the opponent this will cause stress to their mind and cause them to be immobilized to the point where they barely can move their arms. In reality the opponent is standing still and then collapse while the user there watching or getting ready to attack.

Description: The Moon and Sun Blades are twin sycthes one is white and one is black. These sycthes were created by Johninto. When the user is holding the moon scythe he can add his suiton chakra into the scythe making covered in water and able to reach longer by 3 more feet. When the user is holding the Sun scythe he can add his katon chakra into the blade cover the scythe in fire and causing the sword's range to be increased by 3 more feet. The user can use both swords at once but can only put one chakra nature in one sword at once.

By channeling their chakra into the ring it glows bright green and can be used to create weapons like hammers, swords, kunai, and shields made up of pure chakra that stay connected to the ring by a chakra chain. When creating a shield the shield can block up to B rank elemental jutsus (withing reasonable size) and ninja tools. If the shield goes against a A rank jutsu the shield will block it but be destroyed and will automatically loose to S rank jutsus. The ring can also glow green when it senses foreign chakra allowing the user to know if they are trapped in genjutsu or help locate the enemy. The downside to this that if the user acitavtes things like SM or CM the ring will glow since it is still foreign chakra confusing the user.
Note: Have to be taught how to use the ring by Korra
Note: When creating weapons and shields it counts as a move.
Note: If the ring comes off the user it deactivates and the user must wait 3 turns so it can charge.

Description: The user after sending a surge of Fire chakra through his body, channels it into his lungs where he utilizes the chakra and rapidly spews out three condensed fire spheres that contain the user's own chakra and have a 4 meters in diameter into the sky above him, on his command, he makes a single handseal and causes the three fire spheres to blow up into a Huge circular geyser of condensed flames that cover the whole battlefield up to Long range. Due to these flames being condensed and containing the user's chakra, they will cover the battlefield for three turns as long as the user keeps channeling his fire chakra into it. Also, during these three turns the user can use this cloud of flames to fire off different size fire balls, streams of fire, and flaming rain like drops of fire, and even cause tornadoes made of flames to rain down on the opponent or any targeted area the user chooses. During these three turns the user can only use Fire elemental chakra and his own raw chakra if he hopes to keep the fire cloud above the battlefield for the full three turns.

Notes and Restrictions:
- Small sized techniques are B-Ranked.
- Medium sized techniques are A-Ranked.
- Huge sized techniques are S-Ranked.
- To use this technique for it's three rightful turns the user can ONLY use fire elemental techniques and his raw chakra during the three turns.
- During these three turns, the user will spend a move of his three allowed moves in which he posts this technique again while mentioning that he channels his fire chakra to feed it, or something similar.

I think the formely approved technique was too restricting because you can't use handseals for 3 turns afterwards and can't mold any technique above A rank same or next turn which to me has nothing to do with the technique itself. It takes alot of handseals and preparation to begin with meaning it can be interupted and even then could be stopped by a water encampment pillar for example so in my opinion it isn't deserving of the former restrictions because they cripple you too much and it is not a very powerful technique, it is merely a rank above S rank so i request a revaluation of the technique.

-Declined- Honestly i find the technique fine the way it is, tell you what, if you add a speed restriction, basically decreasing the speed/reaction times of your bio, i might consider removing a restriction of those, a Forbidden technique is supposed to cripple you, that's why it's called Forbidden, Forbidden techniques are composed of 2 S-ranks, and believe me the technique you have there is powerful enough to have those restrictions, and you can perform other than Fire techniques, the restriction involves that you can't use Fire techniques B-rank and above, if you make it so that you can't use Fire techniques at all for 2 turns after the turn this technique is used in, and give it a speed restriction like i said previously instead of handseals restriction, then it's good to go.

The user while manipulating the shape of the Ice made small holes in the ice, where they will then perform 2 handseals and create a thin stream of Fire to travel through the ice which is also hollow in the inside and will manipulate the stream to flow through the holes near the targets cuffed arms and cause the fire to coil around their arms like snakes and will behind to burn the targets arm, burning there whole arm making them on able to perform handseals due to the hands being burnt in the process.

One can take complete control of any liquid on the battle field, for example water (whether it exists in the form of vapor, mist, rain, etc) by saturating it with electricity and manipulating the electric intermolecular interactions in said liquid. Once in control, through the use of specific hand movements, the water can move and act at will, taking different shapes and forms, like waves, or spikes for example. Upon coming into contact with any solid or semi-solid material, instead of barbarically breaking through and destroying obstacles (as lightning usually does), the lightning will transfer its energy and cause a collective excitation (increase the vibratory rates) of molecules in said object. The vibrating frequency of the lightning will be made to match the natural resonant frequency of a given material, completely destroying it on contact and causing it to shatter into extremely small fragments. This can be used in several ways to increase the efficiency of raiton; For example, if one was to use Kakashi’s signature Lightning Blade (S- Rank) and smash it into a B-Ranked earth wall (Earth Release: Mud Wall jutsu), despite the difference in ranks and the fact that Lightning > Earth, the Lightning Blade wouldn’t even scratch the surface of destroying such a large slab of earth. If the user was to augment the Lightning Blade with this technique beforehand, the lightning would match the resonant frequency of the wall, shattering the entire thing to pieces. This technique “fine tunes” lightning jutsu to “flip” or “overturn” a deficit, like the one in the previous example; It vastly increases the destructive potential of even the most subtle of lightning jutsu.

Description: The user performs the snake hand seal while channeling his earth chakra into the ground and creates a large empty cavity beneath the earth surface wherever the user desires, within the range by compressing the earth on all sides using his chakra to create an empty cavity without disturbing the surface of the ground. In doing so, the opponent just feels a mild tremor coursing through the ground if he is in contact with the ground. The size of the cavity can vary from a minimum of 3 feet in all dimension to a maximum of 15 feet in all dimensions whether be it in a spherical or cuboid shape or tubular shape or irregular shape and the cavity is created just 2-5 feet beneath the ground surface with intact surface strong enough to support the opponent or things at that time. Because of this thin surface over the underlying cavity whenever significant added weight (for example water, earth, extra weight due to clones/summoning animals or explosions) or when added force occurs over the area like jumping, falling occurs over that area, the thin surface gives away and breaks drawing them all into the pit. The surface also will break when certain lightning jutsus which travel through the ground like Chidori thunderstorm a they will destroy the superficial earth in their path as they proceed.

Description: The user performs the Ram -> Rat hand seals and puts the opponent under a powerful illusion where the opponent wakes up drowsy and feels like that he has been beaten up badly and was asleep for a long time. Next thing he realizes is that his hands are behind his back, tightly bound by a rope and his legs were also bound together by a rope and he is suspended by a rope around his neck from a tree with his feet partially resting on a small unstable wooden stage surrounded by a shady group of shinobis and the user who cheer/approve for his death by hanging. As soon as he sees, hears and feels these in his illusion, suddenly the wooden stage gives away, hanging him in the air with his feet off the ground and he suffers from asphyxia(loss of oxygen or difficulty in breathing) due to the rope tightening around his neck and naturally suffers from seizures due to hypoxic injury(reduced oxygen) to brain before he is dead.
In reality the opponent becomes immobilized in his track first and then throws violent generalized convulsions/seizures due his brain believing the illusion that it suffers from hypoxic injury and naturally throws convulsions/seizures.
The damage in this illusion is due to severe psychological trauma from the agonizing pain of the feel of being hanged & asphyxiated as well as the physical damage done due to convulsions/seizures.

Description: The Tsuin Gou Hadoken is a type of Hadoken more powerful and advanced in comparison to the normal Hadoken, an already dangerous attack in itself. The user focuses large amounts of Satsui no Hado chakra to each arm, drawing them back as if in the horse stance, condensing the dark chakra into a slightly larger shape than the regular basketball sized Hadoken, creating one in each hand. As the user compresses the dark chakra, he adds elemental chakra to the Hadokens, giving them properties of any elemental affinities the user charges through them. The user, upon creating the Hadokens, can choose to only thrust one outwards, releasing just that one while continuously holding the other in his hand. However, as he does this, he will be unable to use any other ninjutsu until he releases the second. The second Hadoken still has to released by the end of the turn. The user can also chooses to fire both at the same time, with individual strength equal to a strong S-rank jutsu and a combined force of a forbidden ranked jutsu. Using them takes a great toll on the user however, and he's left unable to mold high ranking jutsus of the elemental affinities he used this jutsu with. When the user charges elemental affinities into the Hadokens, several effects appear depending on which element is focused. In order to fully taunt his enemies, Akuma devised an additional name for each "verision" made from the various elements:

± Zanku Hadoken|Air Slashing Surge Fist - When charging Futon chakra, the Hadoken's becomes slightly faster and causes great damage upon impact of the elemental version, causing enough damage to break bones and limit movement by the enemy while pushing him backwards with great force.
± Shakunetsu Hadoken|Scorching Heat Surge Fist - When charging Katon chakra, the chakra heats the Hadoken to the point that upon contact, second degree burns will occur, with third degree and fourth degree burns from prolonged contact.
± Gourai Hadouken|Roaring Thunder Surge Fist - When channeling Raiton chakra, lightning begins to form around the Hadoken and increases it's speed and causes it to have the effect of causing extreme paralysis of the nervous system upon direct contact, surging through the foes body and is capable of bursting through earthen defenses of up to Forbidden Rank
± Seiryū Hadoken|Azure Dragon Surge Fist - When channeling Suiton chakra, the Hadoken begins to contain extremely compressed water in it, being able to cause massive damage upon contact but can also be used to burst through fire jutsus and leave behind a great source of water upon striking its target with great force
± Messatsu Gou Hadou|Annihilating Great Surge- When channeling Doton chakra, the Hadoken begins to increase in mass, making it heavier and more solid and as such, hits the target with great force, breaking bones on contact as the Hadoken grinds against a target, dealing great damage before forcing them away.
Note: Can only be used once a fight.

Note: Both Hadoken's must be released within the same turn and no other jutsu may be used by the user until it is fully released.
Note: After using, the user is left with great strain, and unable to use whichever ( elemental affinities he used ) jutsus ranked S-rank and higher the two turns.
Note: The user cannot use any Satsui no Hado jutsu for the rest of the fight.
Note: Each different version of the Hadoken still follows basic strengths and weaknesses of each element ( i.e Fire is strong to wind but weak to water, etc ).

Note: The user is also able to release this jutsu with just focused chakra, however it would be significantly weaker (as strong as an A-rank ninjutsu) and still limit all elemental affinities to A-ranks and below the next turn.

I am alright, with Fire, Wind and Lightning Variations, they have actual effects. But Water and Earth are not very complimentary with this technique. The way i see it: They are just a mass of element infused with your chakra of murderous intent, in actual battle there will be trouble identifying the actual abilities of those variations. Earth and Water a both largely defensive elements that dont fit well with an offensive technique here, that is what i think but you could resubmit by providing something with more ground since compressed Earth and Water projectiles have been tried over and over (Like If you say, the Earth variation would make the opponent heavier or lighter, it will still be energy based, earth release and better then shooting a chunk of earth).
Apart from that, the part where you say "Any of the users elemental affinities", does it mean advanced natures and sound too?

A trait characteristic of ligers, Theseus can contact the summoner via telekinetic communication as well as verbally. Theseus, having Wind Affinity, can use up to A-rank wind jutsus that the user knows by means of channeling his chakra through the helmet and releasing it from his mouth (certain wind jutsus obviously will not be able to performed from his mouth) and is also capable of releasing a S-rank unidirectional blast via the horns of the helmet. The S-rank blast will have half of it's power come from each side of the horns, with a blast coming from each side that meet in front of Theseus and mix, creating the S-rank blast.

He wields an unbreakable gold pair of nunchakus and two axes shaped in the style of an upside-down Greek Omega (Ω) upon his back as well, though he isn't able to use kenjutsu with either. A trait characteristic of ligers, Theseus can contact the summoner via telekinetic communication as well as verbally. Theseus, having Wind Affinity, is capable of using any wind jutsu up to S-rank that the summoner is capable of using, releasing them through either the axes or alternatively from the horns of his mask. Theseus is very reserved, speaking only when the solution calls for it and being reknown as a fierce warrior amongst the Liger race.

Description: The user wipes blood across his summoning Tattoo and summons Perseus, a liger that is relatively calmer than most liger, on a scale worthy of Odysseus. When Perseus is summoned, he stands on his hind legs, a meter taller than the average man. On his left arm, he holds a shield that trigger's a genjutsu called 'The Gorgon's Inheritence' upon eye sight of it. The front of the shield contains a mosaic of Perseus slaying Medusa. Seeing it causes the foe to become ensnared in a genjutsu that makes the mosaic appear to be moving, drawing the foe's attention, watching the battle between Perseus and Medusa unfold. As the target watches, an image of Medusa suddenly flashes across the shield, causing an affect similar to a Killing Intent from a Kage upon someone 2 ranks lower and equal to an A ranked visual genjutsu. Perseus is also able to be summoned directly as the shield itself, still capable of using the genjutsu, though this time the user must channel chakra to it to trigger it. Perseus can use any genjutsu the summoner knows up to S-rank. Perseus wields a katana, however his kenjutsu skills are not the best, and he can only use basic kenjutsu skills (free form).
The Summoning can only be summoned once in summoning form, twice in shield form.
The Special Genjutsu can only be used twice a battle and any genjutsu used by Perseus counts as one of the user's three jutsu per turn, including the Special Genjutsu.
If summoned directly into shield form, the user can use the shield for up to 3 turns before it poofs away and must wait two turns before resummoning it in shield form. If it has been summoned in animal form at all, once it disperses, the user cannot summon him again.

-Declined- A lot of abilities stacked here, first of all no to being summoned in shield form, the extent that i'm going to allow a summoning to use is A-rank genjutsu and that's it, remove the comparison to Killing Intent, genjutsu can't be compared to it because it's an emotion affecting technique, you could say it resembles a restricting/paralyzing genjutsu, and mention why would he be paralyzed, simply looking at a flashing image isn't enough for someone to be paralyzed from.

Summoning Technique: Tlayohua Jaguar Assassin in the Dark(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Tlayohua)

Description: Tlayohua is the younger cousin of the Jaguar king Tezcatlipoca and one of the strongest jaguars there is. He has black skin with small, barely noticeable dots. His eyes and stomach are a dark shade of grey. This makes him very hard to spot in the dark (at evening or nighttime only a blur of his movements can be seen in long range, he is normally visible in mid- and short range) Using his natural camouflage in the dark, Tlayohua has become an excellent hunter. Furthermore much like the Jaguar king, he is capable of standing upright and his paws are more finger like compared to other jaguar. This allows him to wield swords and use Kenjutsu up to A-rank as well as Weapon based Ninjutsu up to S-rank. (such as those used by ten-ten) He uses the 4 Sword style, wielding 1 sword in each front hand, 1 in his mouth and 1 sword with his tail. He also has many summoning seals in his mouth, allowing him to spew out weapons for weapon based ninjutsu with rapid speed. This ideal hunter is named after the Aztec god of Shadows, Tlay. His length is about 5 meters and he has a height of 3 meters. He is very close friend with RoH and the two can communicate with chirps(to imitate birds) or knocks, in a manner similar to Morse code.

Summoning Technique: Tlayohua Jaguar Assassin in the Dark(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Tlayohua)

Description: Tlayohua is the younger cousin of the Jaguar king Tezcatlipoca and one of the strongest jaguars there is. He has black skin with small, barely noticeable dots. His eyes and stomach are a dark shade of grey. This makes him very hard to spot in the dark (at evening or nighttime only a blur of his movements can be seen in long range, he is normally visible in mid- and short range) Using his natural camouflage in the dark, Tlayohua has become an excellent hunter. Furthermore much like the Jaguar king, he is capable of standing upright and his paws are more finger like compared to other jaguar. This allows him to wield swords and use Kenjutsu up to A-rank as well as Weapon based Ninjutsu up to S-rank. (such as those used by ten-ten) He uses the 4 Sword style, wielding 1 sword in each front hand, 1 in his mouth and 1 sword with his tail. He also has many summoning seals in his mouth, allowing him to spew out weapons for weapon based ninjutsu with rapid speed. This ideal hunter is named after the Aztec god of Shadows, Tlay. His length is about 5 meters and he has a height of 3 meters. He is very close friend with RoH and the two can communicate with chirps(to imitate birds) or knocks, in a manner similar to Morse code.

Description: The core drill is a small, compact weapon. It's yellow with a green glow from within and a grey base. It's about 7 cm tall. By itself it's a pretty weak weapon. However, drills power comes from it's incredible ability to spin at very high speeds. The drill is controlled by chakra. The user places the drill into a fluid substance such as water, oil, mud etc.(doesn't have to be liquid only, sand and dense gases such as mist, could also be used) and then rotates the drill using his chakra. The centripetal force, created by the rotation of the drill, causes the fluid substance to draw inwards to the drill. This creates a larger, drill shaped construct from that fluid. Once it's created the the drill shaped construct keeps it shaped do to the rotation of the drill and the cohesive forces of the fluid. This construct's size and power depend on the amount of chakra used to create the drill, but it always has a high piercing power. The chakra needed and the corresponding drill power are:
A-rank drill: 30 Chakra/60 Damage , -10 per turn, up to 3 turns, 1m diameter, height can range from 1m to 4m,
B-rank drill: 20 Chakra/40 Damage, -7 per turn, up to 3 turns, 50cm diameter, height can range from 0.5m to 2m,
C-rank drill: 15 Chakra/30 Damage, -5 per turn, up to 4 turns, 25cm diameter, height can range from 20cm to 1m,
D-rank drill: 10 Chakra/20 Damage, -3 per turn, up to 5 turns, 10cm diameter, height can range from 10cm to 50cm, (about the size of a pocket knife at this point)
*Creating a drill takes up a move(so only 2 other moves can be used that turn)
*The ability of the weapon can be used 3 times
*The fluid source has to be at least twice as big as the size of the drill that the user wants to create(still only the needed amount will be used)
*Other jutsu cannot be used to create a drill until they become a part of the terrain (ex. water jutsu that have been used and blocked by earth, with no remaining effect can be used as a source)

Description: While using the Hydrification Technique, the user compresses any parts of the water around him. Then using his chakra, he releases the water in small, quick, yet powerful bursts capable of blowing enemies several meters back. Each of the pressurized water burst are blown from an area about the size of the user's palm. This pressurized bursts of water can be used to strengthen the users punches or kicks(where the user releases a burst as he hits the opponent, damaging them more). Also it can be used as a defense to block small projectiles. The strength of Taijutsu hits used with bursts are increased by + 20.

-Declined- what do you mean by "4 times per battle" and 'only 3 bursts"? you mean that each usage contains 3 bursts, or that there are 3 bursts overall? also reduce Damage points to +15.

Description:Apate,the goddess of deception forged a necklace with the help of Dolos,her male counter part.The necklace resembled the shape of a star with a long red thread.Although it was not fancy in looks,it's power was far overwhelming,so overwhelming that Zeus cast away the necklace from mount Olympus,into the midst of humans.Assuming the necklace as a gift from the gods,the Dragneel family who resided at the base of the mountain,stored away the necklace for safe keeping.After many centuries,Igneel the next heir of the Dragneel family took in the necklace for safekeeping.The necklace's power has diminished over the centuries,only being a shell of what it once was.Unlike the predecessors of his clan ,Igneel didn't want to store away the necklace in a safe place,rather he chose to be the bearer of the necklace.After a few years,the Necklaces power started becoming compatible with Igneel's chakra granting him a few powers.It is said that,Apate's will still resides within the necklace and it speaks through Igneel's illusions..
Abilities:
One of the most prominent ability of the necklace is the ability to make aware of the user,if he is under a genjutsu.When any form of Foreign chakra starts to enter the user's body,the star-shaped locket starts to glow in bright red color,letting the user know of the enemy's chakra.Once per battle,the necklace has the ability to reflect a genjutsu cast on the user.This ability of the necklace,undo's the genjutsu's cast on the user and and it casts the same genjutsu on the original caster of the genjutsu,irrespective of the origin of the genjutsu.Hence the name,'Reflection'.By being the bearer of the necklace,Igneel has the ability to trigger illusions with a single handseal.If anybody other than Igneel wears the necklace,it constricts the bearer until he/she passes out/dies.
Restriction:
-Genjutsu reversal counts as 2 moves per turn.
-Genjutsu reversal can only be done for Genjutsu's upto S-rank.
-Sharingan Genjutsu's cannot be reversed.
-Genjutsu reversal can only be used once per battle and costs a chakra of 40.
-User can't use any other genjutsu in the same turn that Genjutsu Reversal is used.
-Must be Kage rank to use it.
-Can only be wielded by Igneel.

I have no problem with the reflection ability but the reduced handseals is a no no. If you want one handseal for genjutsu, make it your bio's specialty. Also, the glowing ability, it has been done many times before in swords and other weapons that alert the user if he is under a genjutsu.

-Declined- No alerting you of genjutsu, The reflection ability is a bit too much, up to S-rank? no, make it up to A-rank, and when reversed it will be reduced one rank, meaning if you reversed an A-rank genjutsu, it will be considered a B-rank, and i'm not allowing any weapon to identify genjutsu anymore, so you have to give a valid explanation as to why you know you are under a genjutsu without the help of this CW when using the reflection ability, make it useable twice and counts as one move usage, but only up to A-rank genjutsus and that's it, also you can only reflect the genjutsu on one opponent.

Description:The user channels his doton chakra into an already existent mud source( for eg:Swamp of the underworld,Mud river etc..),making the mud extremely adhesive.The user can then shoot fast,retractable chords of mud from the existent mud source,that can easily latch on to anything it makes contact with.The mud chords can be a maximum of 10m in length.The user can choose whether or not he wants to pull back the chords & drown anything that got stuck to it.The user can also choose to harden the mud chords,effectively crushing anything that got trapped inside the mud chord.Once hardened,the mud looses all it's properties like adhesivity,retraction and becomes as hard as iron.

-Can only harden the retractable chords and not the entire mud source
