The reason i may say mid diff is Because the only way nagato can kill hidan is with the asura paths abilities .. Meanwhile Kakuzu May break The 5 sec Interval with rapid elemental jutsu .. ( just trying to stick up for my peeps )

I'm with Zexion. Mid Diff at best, due to the process of killing him 5 times then soul remove Hidan. So basically 6 times. It wont be too fast
