Point was I was going to add more and more of the same rocks. none of it will be hard enough to break Domu.

So that leaves the question how long can he hold it until the weight and pressure is too much for him.

Why not? Its only gathering rocks/etcs. Kakuzu's Domu becomes a harder materiel then the debris it gathers

Hardness is not the same as strength. Hardness just refers to the difficulty of it being scratched. A diamond (the hardest natural material on earth) will still suffer damage from a hit by a hammer.

That Being said, CT doesn't have to kill the opponent. It traps them. Adding the Outer Path's (Gedo) Chakra chains will suffice.

His 5 hearts won't help if his soul is removed.
