I'm not entirely sure, it appears however that the Elder Toad and Snake Sage may have a form of rivalry, a sort of dichotomy I think.

All you guys are putting way too much into why is his name is after Pervy Sage and before Naruto's.. Well we know Three things.
1. It is not Pervy's
2. It is definitely not Minato's
3. It is not Naruto's..

You are indeed correct, it is because Rikudou's chakra essence is stored inside Kurama, the same way that Minato and Kushina's chakra essence were (It's an Uzumaki Fuuinjutsu btw), and this is the method by which Rikudou will meet Naruto, with the two halves of Kurama's chakra combined, Rikudou will manifest himself inside Naruto's Psyche.

Yes, the genes of the Uzumakis are unlike the Senjus since the Senjus like the Uchihas possesses a part of the Jūbi's power, the Uchihas have the eye of the Jūbi while the Senjus have its' body, the Uzumaki vitality and chakra are innate to Rikūdo and the Uzumakis without the Jūbi's essence mixed in them.

Indeed, the Uzumaki Fūinjutsu is Rikūdo's own jutsu, Kurama recognized it as such when Naruto used the Uzumaki Torii Seal on him.
