I know there are other threads like this, but I make this one because I try to speculate on Aizens bankai while giving a foundation for why I think it is what it is.
So, many people have a bankai which is a more powerful vesrion of their shikai. Renji has a monster that can extend and attack just like his shikai. Byakuya has more petals in his bankai than his shikai. A few more examples are there, but you get the point. Its not always the case, but their is a simmilarity, and just a more powerful extension of the users soul
So what could Aizen possibly have that tops illusions, yet is simmilar enough to be related. The answer I have come up with is
Its in his personality to manipulate people, and this could be a more haxx version of illusions.
Case 1. Hinamori
Case 2. Tousen
Case 3. The Guardians
I dont know if this had been done before, but i see this as the best sort of Bankai that would suit Aizen. Maybe thats why some or all of the espada are so obiedient to him.

BRAINWASHING
Case 1. Hinamori
Hinamori is the VC of Aizen. She is obsessed with him. I know he saved her life and all, but her obsession was/is not normal. She knew Hitsugaya from childhood and they were very close...to the point where she can get away with calling him by a nickname.....not all VC's can do that with a captain.
The person she knew from chldhood instantly became an enemy in her eyes the moment Aizen said he was evil. She was willing to attack him and was clearly not thinking straight.
Aizen later on stabs her with intent to kill her. She survives, and once healed, shows she still thinks there is hope for him. She tells Hitsugaya that he must be forced to be doing what he is doing by someone else. She even still calls him captain.
Being brainwashed would be a suitable explanation for her behaviour.

Tousen seems like a decent guy. A hero for justice and what not. His betrayal was a huge WTF for everyone. It was so out of character for him. He hates violence, and says he chooses the path with the least bloodshed. Betraying SS, attacking captains and VC's, framing them, joining up with hollows...making them stronger so they can fight with shinigami and kill more of them doesn't really make sense. He was immune to Aizens shikai, so instead of killing him, why not keep him alive and use him to your advantage.
How would he do this exactly? Aizen uses his bankai and brainwashes him. Look at how he is completely obedient to Aizen, so much so that it is pathetic. For someone who has very strong beliefs, he is unusually hypocritical when following Aizens methods. Its almost as if he is Aizens pet

Case 3. The Guardians
Remember Jidanbou...the guardian of the West Gate that Ichigo fought when he came to SS. Well, the other 3 Guardians were under some kind of control by Aizen at the end of the SS arc. Jidanbou was good friends with all of them, yet he could not explain why they were acting that way.
Again, a logical explanation would be a mind-control of Aizens, but more advanced, in the form of brainwashing through his bankai.
It was almost as if they were obidient zombies...just like Tousen and maybe like Hinamori
