I think its a possibility Itachi gave Naruto the ability to summon Susanoo as a way to either fight against Sasuke in the event that he decided to destroy Konoha, as he has. Or to fight against Madara who Itachi knew was pulling the strings.
While I think thats possible, I also think its unlikely. I think its for more likely that Sasuke was given Susanoo as a means to destroy Madara.

I don't think so. Whole using Susanoo put a lot of strain on Itachi, it was no different than using Amaterasu. The reason Itachi died was because he was sick. As said in the manga he was constantly taking medicine to prolong his life. With the battle against Sasuke a conclusion, and Orochimaru sealed away, Itachi no longer had any reason to live and was able to die. If you remember early on in the fight, Zetsu stated that Itachi was moving very slow compared to past battles, and this was because the sickness was taking its toll.
duhh....remember Return of Itachi... fight against sasuke and jiraiya.
Jiraiya saved Sasuke in time by using the Summoning: Toad Mouth Bind, which transformed the entire hotel hallway into a toad's belly to trap Itachi and Kisame. Despite Jiraiya's claim that no one has fled this technique before, the two Akatsuki partners escape with Itachi's Amaterasu, leaving him exhausted.
Despite his mastery of the Mangekyo Sharingan, Itachi suffered greatly from its side effects. His eyesight would worsen after every activation of the Mangekyo Sharingan, and he would eventually go blind from its power, with his Sharingan forever sealed away.[4] Itachi was so close to blindness that by the time he activated Susanoo in his final fight, both Sharingan eyes had gone almost blind and turned white. However he was still able to perform his own Fūinjutsu in his last moments.

Itachi succeeded in stirring Sasuke back into his plans, attempting to expand his lifespan due to the Mangekyou Sharingan's side effects bringing him closer to death. Years later, Itachi confronts Sasuke in the final battle between the brothers, revealing that the Mangekyou Sharingan can be perfected once one brother kills the other and takes his eyes. Though claiming to be the victor after sealing Orochimaru, Itachi knells over with the last of his strength being to give Sasuke his Sharingan power.

well i think that itachi has given his sharingan power to sasuke, and susanoo to naruto
that`s what i hope..
because.. i don`t see naturo win against sasuke or madara...

No I dont think so. this is some other power, probably the power which helps to control Kyubi. And why do you all think that Itachis decease was not not caused by the use of Sharingan? It wasnt stated anywhere that it wasnt, why would such a strong ninja die in the age of 20 or something from some random decease, as we have never seen a ninja dying from something like that.
