There is never a thread to discuss the anime? Which leads to questions being asked in the discussion section because there is nowhere else to talk about it. As the anime is going to get more intense from here on out because of the war I am going to be making discussion threads for the anime every week (probably not fillers).

The war arc's progression in this episode if we was to take filler into account, 0.1%.

Will we see Uchiha Madara this year? Slim chance.

I'm not watching fillers anymore, it's bad for my health. Feels like its ruining the flow of the story for me (Gaara's division sitting back resting? As shown in one of the past 2 episodes?? This is not how it is meant to be) so I'm gonna sit back and let them finish.

i quite loved this episode, it being a eating contest just brought me back to the good old days of Dragon Ball Z so i quite loved it, the Naruto part 1 music made it amazing all the more so 5/5 for me xD.

This is not a 5/5. I watched this episode and the plot is terrible. Why not show them have a battle back in part 1 instead of wasting time on watching them eat food? I can't believe you think the perfect episode is about eating food

This episodes was horrible. I usually grade filler both in regular and grade it considering it is filler. This filler was 0/5 all the way. It was a complete waste of my time and I regret watching it. It was a completely uninteresting plot no action no progress no character development no nothing. This is just an episode of choji eating food. I realize I come out as sort of a pessimist right now but I usually try not to go to harsh on fillers but this one is just horrible. It was the worst filler by far since the one with konoha mothers beating up sumo wrestlers.

This is just my opinion on the ep. Sorry if I sound to negative

With these type of episodes I wouldn't even mind not getting an episode at all, because I won't watch it anyway.

But I understand some people may watch and enjoy it so fair enough for them.

Hey, more Deidara and Sasori, and more screentime for characters we don't get much of Can't complain that much, although they do completely break the flow of war.

Last two filler episodes were great, better than some canon ones in my opinion.
