Naruto Shippuden Episode 299 "The Acknowledged One" – Discussion

I'm usually try to look past the bad animation but this episode had a lot more wrong with it. Everything about the episode was so sloppy and unprofessional. The drawing was ok but the movement was terrible. Even the edits were noticeably bad, when they cut to Oro being sealed it was just so slow and weird. It was obvious that they were trying to drag out the episode, like Naruto's friend thoughts that Kishi used half a page on took 5mins. And the dialogue was so annoying every character would take a long pause in the middle of what they were saying it made everything sound so choppy.

They were trying to kill so much time when they could have added some extra filler fighting.

The only thing I have to complement was the music.

Next weeks animation looks good though hopefully I'm right.

They kinda messed up Itachi's face a few times. Damn, I guess not everyone can draw gorgeous pictures like Kishi but still U_U

Yep I don't know what happened, must be budget problems of some sort because out of all arcs the war arc should have had the most fluent animation not the worst.

I'll bet you the animation doesn't improve by chapter 600 in the anime.

I loved it but I couldn't stop laughing when Naruto just gave Nagato a thumbs up and smiled when he called himself a failure. xd

I gave it 5/5 Nothing bad about it. Wasn't that fascinating but it was good And nothing bad for me

decent episode but I would have liked to see the techs used displayed better. The tech Itachi used in the manga looked a lot better than it did in the anime. I enjoyed the episode none the less.

as for Itachi and susaano, i thought the only reason he stayed in it against sasuke, was cos sasuke still was throwing kunai strapped with paper explosives etc etc

Well after 8 months of these threads it has finally been addressed, I will make sure I don't and remember others from now on

Ok! The anime has goofed here! Itachi forgot to say what he was planning to do next. He was supposed to say "I will stop the edo-tensei" before leaving. I wonder what kishi and his henchmen are planning.

Perhaps another filler soon?
