I dont like Bleach that much, but his animation is way better than Naruto's. If you are looking for masterpieces, go see Code Geass, Deathnote or Evangelion.

DBZ fell off after freeza arc. The power scaling is ridiculous and makes little sense. As for animations considering the time it was made its great but in todays day and age naruto(on its best day) has better. Ex: lee vs garra (Part 1) Sasuke vs oro(part 1) and naruto vs sasuke (part 1)

in first part, naruto was just running around like a dumbasss, he dint have anything to be honest.
