Naruto's speed vs Sasuke's eyes.

The only reason people are saying that is out of speculation. Because we haven't seen sasukes new eyes full potential.

So when is sasuke have full potential??next years??? Or 2 more years?? Then what naruto doing?? Sitting around or having date with hinata when sasuke training???

Let me remaind you....
In part 1 Sasuke is far above naruto until naruto meet jiraya. At least one step closer to sasuke. But sasuke go to oro, to gain more power
When part 2 begin sasuke is still better than naruto. When sasuke kill danzo here is the best part, naruto feel he is closer to sasuke proof? sasuke ask to implan itachi eyes. But after naruto get kurama chara... I chose naruto is better.

He saw Naruto's movements, when he upgraded to the third tomoe, and could sense Ay's attack with Mangekyou Sharingan. Now that he has unlimited I pretty sure he could sense Naruto's movement and it doesn't even matter. He can use Amterasu as a shield so no matter how fast he is. Naruto will still get caught by it if he makes contact with it.

Chakra arms, and Amaterasu will not matter. He could just use his arms under it.

In here is all about naruto moves and sasuke eyes. Not susanno or amaterasu.
Btw who is Ay?? 3rd raikage??
Manga proof naruto is the 2nd person who move faster then 3rd raikage. And naruto don't need a seal to move ( minato use seal and mark to use ftg )

So for me, naruto is faster then sasuke......

naruto's KM was faster then the raikage A , Naruto BM speed is bound to be much faster he redirected 5 bijuudama's

Sasuke could see Naruto but the only reaction he could do is to use susanoo and amaterasu shield and even with that naruto still has chakra arms but lets say he gets his hand on fire that with only lead to sasukes death

Raikage A who is not as fast as Naruto Bm would have killed Sasuke if gaara would have not stop him ( Raikage would have died to because of the amaterasu flames )

All in all Naruto speed could kill sasuke.... but it could also lead in both dying

when sasuke used kirin itachi was able to react to it with the ms and kirin is by no means slow. we also have no idea how fast sasuke's reaction time is no with ems we saw him vs the raikage and naruto in part 1 and he never lost to thr speed

also remember sasuke is by no means slow and has the body flicker even tho naruto is way way faster

Sasuke has been shown to go toe to toe with raikage A and not getting speed blitz.

If we are talking about speed, amaterasu is basically instant.

Kirin is also faster then naruto , it is basically lightning speed, yet itachi could form a full susano and tank it.

I would agree with you that Sasuke is weaker than Naruto right now, but I don't think it's as big a margin as you'd expect. We know Sasuke is FAST, and we know that Sasuke got faster and his sharingan has gained significant power since he first fought Lee before the Chuunin exams.

At the Valley of the End, Naruto's second mode with increased fox chakra (before gaining the full fox cloak) was too fast for Sasuke, but then he unlocked the third tomoe and was able to predict the moves in advance. His speed didn't increase, but his ability to predict moves got better and he was able to take more time to dodge and counter-attack.

MS and EMS have been hinted to bring additional improvements over the ordinary 3-tomoe sharingan.

We also know that Sasuke is pretty damn fast as well. He was able to fight the Raikage toe-to-toe, and even dodged a punch while counter-attacking with his chidori. If Naruto is considered the fastest because he's faster than the raikage, then Sasuke has to be considered the same speed.

(Also, remember the brief confrontation at Orochimaru's hideout with Naruto, Sai, Yamato and Sakura. Both Sai and Yamato commented on how fast Sasuke was, and that he was faster than they expected. Remember also that there have been hints that Orochimaru has done some medical enhancements on Sasuke to make him even faster and stronger).

The best bet is that Sasuke and Naruto are about the same speed. Naruto wins the fight because he has so much more usable chakra, has larger weapons (Rasenshuriken, TBB) and can make many clones (all of which may be Fox- and/or Sage-powered). Naruto's Fox mode and Sage mode both bring unique enhancements to sensing and basic taijutsu, which Sasuke doesn't have.

Sasuke couldn't keep up with Raikage. If you watch the fight you will see his Enton covered the whole Susanoo ribcage because he had no idea where Raikage will attack from.

Naruto stomps him in Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and if he gets his toad sages he stomps in genjutsu too.

I would not say this because Sasuke only had a 4.5 in speed in early shippuden. During shippuden, he did not train anymore in speed, so therefore its okay to say that his speed still didn't change, meaning that he still has a 4.5 in speed, yet his sharingan gives him time to react to people who may be faster than him considerably, just like in the Vote fight with Naruto, but not overly fast people like the raikage in V2.

Raikage's V1 state, while significantly faster than Sasuke himself, was within Sasuke's ability to dodge and counterattack using the 3-tomoe and is probably the limit as to the fastest speed he can react to with the 3 tomoe.

Neither Itachi, nor Nagato fought the current speed of Naruto.

Sasuke has been shown to go toe to toe with raikage A and not getting speed blitz.

He had to cover himself in Amaterasu to negate Ay's speed, and Naruto is faster.

If we are talking about speed, amaterasu is basically instant.

Amaterasu couldn't hit Ay, Naruto is faster.
