tsunade will get burnt down to crisp by amaterasu
if she gets pulverised by jinton she is dead. im also pretty sure that it would be enough to pulverise her head if you dont want her to regenerate

Tsunade using that yin release will reduce her life span, (she has a life span). If Orochimaru doesnt transfer or take over a body, he cant survive (there's still a way to kill him).

Wrong. She duplicates her cells. The enzymes merely cause the duplication to speed up as cell duplication to heal injuries happens in everyone, Tsunade's is simply faster due to Byakugo .

However, I disagree sightly on the resistance to jinton aspect, being that if the jutsu is activated and completely covers the body of Tsunade, regardless of when her enzymatic processes prep any molecule created will be rearranged and denatured before it can rebuild, If you ask me jinton is her Base and primary weakness. She wouldn't have the ability to store Store it either because the techniques fire rate is extremely too fast after it is casted...

now that his hands are better and he stole DSM FROM KABUTO i dont think he needs body to survive, he's just after SASUKE'S EYES THAT'S ALL, thats why he craves for a uchiha body because of the sharingan. Hey...why woudn't she be able too seal Ametarasu? that's the better question... She has been shown sealing external chakra into her seal twice... Jaraiya shows us that ameterasu can be sealed...simply, She explicitly explains that she seals chakra into her forehead... Mito Uzamaki is her Grandmother..and Madara didn't bother to just cast Ametarasu on her...

And lets say she doesn't know how to seal it, being that she is the sanin Gdaughter of an Uzamaki who specializes in sealing techniques and wears the same pendand on her head( for fasion right?) who is obviously uninformed about any sealing techniques because she is useless ...Ametarasu cannot Kill her.

dust can not produce new cells or anything its dust there wont be any tsunade anyme just dust.
and she wont be able to get rid of amateratsu as your "you can seal anything out of chakra inside a yin seal" point is quite asuming too
