What I hate is getting upset, I don't like crying or anything which makes me angry. This poor little boy and what's worse is that his parents don't know that they lost a son.

News Continuation:

FBI, announced that they were searching for a man they described as having dark skin, wearing black clothes and a black back-pack who tried to gain entry into a restricted area during the marathon.

It was also reported that he may have had a foreign accent.

A Saudi national is also currently under guard at a hospital, where he was being treated for burns and shrapnel wounds. He had been tackled by a civilian who believed he was acting suspiciously, and he was being interviewed by the FBI. He was being cooperative and denying any involvement.

About 15-30mins from where i live(by Car/Buss), a 21 year old women apparently Killed her 3 Year old, 2 Year old and 11Month old Children, Then Killing herself while being 8months preg.

Yes, because it was recent. Watching children die isn't news. That's an everyday thing in most underdeveloped countries.

You'll learn that if you can see the tragedy, people are more likely to donate and watch and whatnot. Dying children in Africa isn't news so it isn't reported.
