(Fūton: Kaze Rasen Yaiba no justu) - Wind Release: Wind Spinning Blade Technique

Description: The user uses their Giant Folding fan or Giant Fan and swing it forwards at the target creating a single spinning disk of wind that ressembles a demon wind shuriken. A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of two hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.

Strong points

• Can be performed by simply swinging a fan
• Only takes 2 handsigns
• Reletively fast technique to perform

Weak points

• Can easily be overpowered by B-Rank Fire(Most commonly used Rank of fire)
• Opponent can predict the technique if using a fan and easily counter
• The jutsu is reletively small and can easilly be dodged by propelling yourself in the air

Combinations-strategies

-Using a fire style jutsu can turn it into a spinning disk of flame

Ways to counter:
a simple C-Rank fire jutsu would easilly overpower it

Well with this technique I would personally use handsigns(fans arent my thing) then gather my chakra in my lungs while infusing it with wind chakra and exhale it into a disk using shape manipulation while causing it to spin using chakra manipulation and launch it at my opponents waist slicing them in half*

Description: The user will first strike their target into the air with their Giant folding fan or Giant War fan and then follow up with releasing a blast of wind pushing the target back. Normal users can release a blast of wind to send them back if they do not possess a Giant folding fan or Giant war fan

Ok like you said War fan is not your style, so you will just release a blast of wind to send your opponent flying backwards, the main problem is that it is limited to short range but it does not require hand seal so you can perform it when the time window is really small.

• Requires no hansigns so reletively fast
• The jutsu probably couldnt be predicted
• Since its limited to short range leaves the opponent little to no time to react

Weak points

• Limited to only short range
• Easily countered or stopped by any fire technique
• Doesnt do any makor damage

Combinations-strategies
Most likely combining it with a fire technique to increase its range.

Ways to counter:
Using any fire jutsu or simply overpowering it with B rank wind

I would inhale a large amount of air while gathering a a small amount of chakra into my stomach mixing it with the air I inhaled then most likely while the enemy is running towards me or they throw kunai and shurriken I would use it to deflect them or simply use it to knock my opponent back to create some space between me and the enemy for didstant combat
