thanx to Fujitora's post and bartolomeos hat, i think i know who he realy is :p

bartolomeo is (I think)SABO!!!!!!!!
I say this because...he came in as a super rookie just like ace was when he was a rookie pirate. this is plausible because
we know ace and sabo were on a different power level than luffy!!
he choose to be a pirate (maybe) after the WB war to avenge ace and he is at the coloseum to get the DF in ace's honour!!
we also know he is craizy.......just like luffy and ace IN THE EYES of the WG and other fodder pirates!!!!

I'm not being mean but every single time there's been a silhouetted character revealed everyone says it's Sabo !!!!! :devil:
:X It could be, it really just might be ~_~ Maybe he's competing to get Ace's fruit or maybe for the lulz who knows, but at this point in time everything surrounding him remains unconfirmed

I know this thread has already been made but there has been some new information. And don't say Sabo isn't alive because that just retarded.

Hint 1: The similarity between Bartolomeo and Bartholomew is not a coincidence, it's likely that it's a code name given to the pirate representative of the Revolutionaries.

Hint 2: Doflamingo just lost his warlord status so it would make sense for Bart to claim his seat and gain intel for the Rev's. He's a big time rookie and known throughout the NW so it wouldn't be unlikely at all.

Hint 3: Cyclonic just recently posted this: (Bartolomeo may be based on the same pirate as Ace. Bartolomeu Portugues.) Oda doesn't do shit like this unless it has some relevance and it's a pretty clear parallel.

Hint 4: Bartolomeo became known as a big shot about a year after Ace's death. Once again, it's not a coincidence that someone with that name pops up after Kuma goes completely brain dead and Ace dies. It was always Sabo's dream to become a strong pirate and now he has a chance to carry on Aces will.

Hint 5: As it stands right now, The Straw Hats are pretty much ****ed with everything they are up against. They are going to need a powerful ally, Sabos reappearance would fit in perfectly here. I could see him saving Luffy when he's on the brink of death against Doflamingo or something.

Hint 6: With the re-introduction of the Mera Mera it would make sense for Sabo to enter the tournament and try to win it.

Hint 7: There are a lot of similarities between Dressrosa and Alabasta, where Ace made his first appearance. Would make sense for Sabo to make his re-appearance here.

There's probably a lot more things that I'm forgetting so feel free to post them below. But seriously with all of this i don't have any doubts that he isn't Sabo.

Wow that's really cool :) I hope this is true. Anyways I have no doubt Sabo is alive.
Now would be the perfect time to bring him back. I always thought since mera mera was brought back that Sabo should have it
but I thought Luffy would win it and then later give it to him but now I'm not sure because this Bartolomeo could be Sabo.
It would make sense that he wants to change his name since it's the name he was given by his noble parents afaik

Yeah I also think that to be a reason. Since he should be part of the Revs.
