The so6p isn't in the list!? In any case Hashirama and Madara because of their unlimitted knowledge of jutsus, Hashirama is called the god of shinobi and Madara has the sharigan and the rinnegan and now even the mokuton!
Naruto and Jeraija seemed to be clumsy no good ninjas at first, but showed the world that what's important is the guts never to give up, searching for real peace true love and necessary strenght, believe in theirself when others jugde them as inferior and prove them wrong!
Kakashi being abl to use the sharigan and ms, without being an uchiha and copy more than 1000 jutsu!
Gai whitout genjutsu and ninjutsu being able to beat kisame the tailess tailed beast!
Orochimaru and Kabuto after absorbing orochimaru's cells, knowledge of different nin-,tai-,gen- and medical jutsu.
Orochimaru one of sannin, ninja of legend, Kabuto able to enter sage mode.
Itachi,Minato,Nagato are so strong i don't need to give comment!
Onoki and Muu are the 2 only shinobi with both kekke genkai and kekke toutai
Sai, an anbu at young age already, formed in the root by Danzo, was dispatched to kill Sasuke, he is very skilled, cold blooded, strong, intelligent, a tactision, and possses a very strong sealing jutsu taught to him by Danzo himself.
My guess, we didn't saw his real strenght yet!
