It takes time to throw a kunai and for the kunai to reach it's target even if it's just a second. Kakuzu can make the hand sign at that time.

If Minato can Rasengan Kakuzu he can also mark or seal him, since they are all melee skills.

Marking him and then trying to hit him 10 times with a Rasengan wouldn't be smart. Kakuzu could predict where Minato would appear and he would counter attack. Bee was able to predict that the first time and Kakuzu is smarter than him.

Minato moves at the speed of light with FTG. Kakuzu will get rasenganed thrice before he can react once.

Even so, as said before, sealing is instant and an instant win.

Kakuzu's Main attack/defense against minato would be the earth Grundge Fear... Really He could take down his shurikans or even him with this or most likely he would be forced to spend the battle in this form

since minato has shown absoultly 0 long range jutsu also location would be nice if this is in a open ranged location would add to kakuzu's advantage .. while if it was in a forest minato would have the advantage

Kakuzu can't react to instant. 0 handseals beat 1 handseal everytime. Do you understand the concept of instant? He instantly appeared infront of obito with a kunai already in his kidney. Obito didn't even know wtf happened.

Kakuzu's attack includes two streams of lightnings so Kakashi had to stop it with 2 stream as well, 2. Kakashi's Raikiri is short range attack, it can not leave his hands, therefore even if Kakashi's attack were a lot stronger than Kakuzu's, they'd remain in his hand after cancelling out Kakuzu's attack, which appears to make them "equal".

Well, it did take two Raikiri to stop Kakuzu's attack, but Kakuzu is good at elemental attacks.

Minato never used Odama Rasengan until now, but I'm assuming he can use one.

If you think iron skin is some auto defence and kakuzu can feint minato then that's up to you. Minato was able to react to a guy who appeared behind him :|
