Description: Intel is a Gentleman's Hat or Top Hat worn by Hazama. It sits on his head very securely in such a way that it sits low across his forehead and eyes; making direct eye contact impossible. It can only be removed if Hazama touches it. Hazama came across this hat on his first set of travels of leaving Iwagakure. He found a few out of character things for the hat that has become to be quite special. The hat, it would seem, allowed the wearer to channel a vast amount of chakra into it and store it completely until when the wearer most needed it. Hazama would speed nights on end almost completely depleting his chakra into the hat before he slept, to see how much chakra the hat could store. The hat was given its name 'Intel', for its ability to grant the user complete awareness of the battlefield as long as the wearer has it on its head after charging chakra into it. After a week straight of almost spending his chakra from the night before, Hazama gave up on the hat and just continued to wear it. It was then that he noticed that the Hat seemed to be trying to insert chakra into him. Thinking no in his head, the hat obeyed. Hazama reckoned that he had enough chakra in this hat to make him capable of performing multiple techniques if he were ever to be completely drained of chakra on the battlefield. From that moment onward, Hazama never went into battle without the hat on his head. The lining of the hat was made of thin, sharp chakra metal. Hazama could easily charge wind or lightning chakra into the hat and use it as if it were a dangerous weapon. The chakra metal in the hat extended a barrier around the hat, increasing it cutting efficiency. Hazama is capable of throwing the bladed Top Hat as a projectile and it always comes back to him in a way that will not cause harm to himself. The cutting power of the hat is the equivalent to a circular Saw.
Note: Intel gives Hazama enough chakra upon request after depleting his to perform up to and including B Ranked techniques for 5 turns.
Note: If Hazama takes the hat off, or depletes the Hat of chakra, he will not be able to use the hats sensory technique.
Note: If all of the chakra in the hat is used up, Hazama will no longer be able to continue battle.
Note: Hazama can only channel lightning/Wind/fire chakra into the hat to achieve the B Ranked chainsaw attack. This can only be achieved once per turn and each element can only be channeled once per battle (3 attacks total)

Oraan stares at his opponent. Finally the God of Lightning was in front of him. He was referring to the sword and not the man. It was so close that he could feel it within his fingertips. The spear would soon be his.
Oraan then begin's performing 4 handseals and causes it to rain down upon his opponent. This liquid however was not normal rain, it was Diethyl Ether. With it raining on the entire range, it gave him a large source to use.

Jiechiruēteruton: Ethereal no Uteki (Diethyl Ether: Ethereal Rain)
Type: Supplementary

Description: The user performs Tiger > Boar > Dog > Dragon handseals while channeling their Diethyl Ether chakra into the air to form a large cloud that hovers over a range selected by the user. The user will make liquid Diethyl Ether rain down at the range of their opponent and soak the area. The rain maintains a 5 meter diameter.
Note: No Diethyl Ether A Rank and above can be used in the same turn
Note: Can only be used 3x per battle.
Note: Only lasts for 1 turn.
Note: User must wait 3 turns after the technique ends to use this technique again.

In the illusion he would be tied up by chains and see a large vulture coming from the sky to eat him. In reality there is a vulture made of Fire descending to burn Mugen. The fire Vulture enhanced by the raining Diethyl Ether.

Description: The user performs 3 handseals and casts their opponent in a B Ranked Genjutsu where they believe themselves to have their head, arms and legs bound in chains (stretched outwards away from each other) unable to move as a large 5 meter griffon vulture descends upon them from the clouds/sky with a means to eat at their body. Outside of the Genjutsu, the user has channeled their fire chakra into the air 20 meters above their paralyzed opponent in which a portal (not unlike Earth Dropping Lid) emits a large 5 meter, S Ranked flaming vulture with a 10 meter wingspan to quickly falling down from the sky towards them. If successfully hitting the opponent, the flaming vulture severely burns the body of the opponent. If the opponent does not successfully defend against the illusion and the technique, it causes the opponent in the illusion to feel that their skin is being rapidly picked and torn at by the griffon vulture as they scream in agony.
Note: Can only be used 1x per battle.
Note: No Genjutsu for 2 turns.

The amount of energy and the power of the energy depends on the user’s rank in the Kiyoshi Clan (Novices will have extremely weak energy while Sages will have extremely powerful energy). The color of the energy can change with the user’s mood, but only when they have learned to become in tune with the energy. Color is insignificant for this technique; it just gives everyone’s own technique its uniqueness.

By the time the roof is made, you perform 3 handseals for your illusion, but my Varangian Guard bracers react by stabbing me in my wrists, causing pain to release me from the genjutsu. When I get out of the genjutsu, I instantly feel the energy for the fire jutsu above me and I snap my fingers, using:

Description: The user focuses his radio frequency chakra to his hand and simply snaps his fingers releasing the chakra and an enormous sound wave of high or low frequency that covers the whole terrian damaging everyone except the user because hes unaffected by radio frequency and by doing this jutsu the user causes the effects of the certain frequency.
This jutsu can only be used once.
No Radio Frequency Jutsu Next turn.

Kiyoshi Masters can use this technique more extensively and even shoot it out through two hands.

As the frequencies travel throughout the air in every direction headed towards Oraan, he quickly performs a handseal while charging his body with Solar Wind chakra and causes a large burst of it to come out from him in every direction just like how the frequency waves traveled throughout the air from Mugen. Upon clashing, the Solar Wind absorbs the properties of the Frequency Waves and became stronger (Radio Freq is made up of Wind and Lightning or is just a variant from Sound which is made up of Wind and Lightning. Solar Wind is strong against and can absorb anything that contains Fire/Wind/Lightning/Light/Dark/Heat or any combination of them and get stronger. I'm not sure if it would include Kiyoshi energy, but for the sake of our battle, unless told otherwise I will not include it). The now Strong S Ranked Solar Wind heads outwards in every direction out to long range superheating the ground and making the temperature rise around the battlefield as well.

(if you continue with Kiyoshi Blast it is strong enough to overpower it and continue towards you.)

Taiyofuton: Ororaōraburasuto [Solar Wind: Aurora Aura Blast]
Type: Attack/defense

Description: User channels solar wind chakra inside their body and with a handseal expels it in a great heat wave all around their body and in every direction up to long range. The heat wave is capable of making anything that is flammable ignite and cause severe burns on anything that is capable of burning (flesh, paper etc) and melt ice.
Note: No A ranked or above solar wind techniques for one turn.
Note: Though the aura blast goes in all directions, it is not hot enough to turn the ground into lava, but instead it will be like walking on hot coals.
Note: Can only be used 2X per battle
Note: User must wait 4 turns to use this technique again

Oraan then creates a large water pool underneath Mugen to launch him into the air with such force that he is thrown off balance, twisting around. The pool of water then turns into bullets and finally a dragon, which attempts to slam Mugen back into the ground.

Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion

Description: The user creates a large pool of water that gushes upwards lifting the opponent into the air, after firing the enemy into the air, the user shoots numerous water bullets at them from the pool of water and then finishes by forming the water bullets into a water dragon which attacks the target, sending them crashing into the ground.

Description: The user focuses raiton-based chakra into Futsu-Nushi-No-Kami and it releases lightning that form three orbs around the user. These three orbs then keep hovering around the user. When the opponent attacks the user with a jutsu, one of the orbs can be sacrificied at the command of the user to stop the incoming attack. The orb then goes straight for the attack and neutralizes it completely without any visible damage.

☛ Can only be used once per battle
☛ One orb can stop up to A-rank jutsu's, two orbs can stop up to S-rank jutsu's and sacrificing all three orbs at the same time can stop one forbidden ranked jutsu. Normal elemental weaknesses are applied. Each orb can only be used once if that wasn't clear yet.
☛ This jutsu works as long as the user wants but he needs to pay +5 chakra each turn and when the three orbs have been sacrificied, the jutsu ends
☛ As long as this jutsu is active the user can't use any raiton-based jutsu's

creating a pillar right behind that moves up to your back, taking a mine with it. Since the pillar doesn't cause any vibrations, it will not detonate it before it hits you.
None of the two last techniques require and handseals or movement, so you don't know if I used anything by looking at me. Also, you're still hazy from having your brain fried by RF.

Oraan, head reeling from the attack, noticed that he could no longer hear anything. Being a sound user, Oraan understood that this meant that his balance would be compromised for awhile and knew that his best bet would be to rely on his Hojojutsu chains until he felt that he would be able to walk again. So after Mugen created three Lightning Orbs and used one of them to destroy the water technique Oraan had used to attack him, Oraan told his Hojojutsu chains to come out of his pants leg and arm sleeves in such a way that they raise him 5 meters up off of the floor (Think Doc Octopus from spiderman but currently walking on only two of them) and begin's running (on 2/4 tentacles) towards Mugen.

With his hands still free Oraan performed 2 handseals and caused Gaseous Diethyl Ether to come out of the ground surrounding Mugen. With the Lightning Orbs surrounding Mugen, if the gas connects, will cause a massive explosion with Mugen at the epicenter.

holes, a forceful whirlwind of gaseous Diethyl Ether will protrude from it enveloping the whole area in Gaseous Diethyl Ether in the form of a whirlwind. When ignited by a Heat, Fire or Lightning related source, has an explosive quality to it, capable of making a small crater in the ground.
Notes:
- Only Sharingan and Byakugan users can see the gas as it is colorless.
- Can only be used 3 times per battle.
- Gas is formed from the ground for 2 turns.
- No Diethyl Ether the same turn or next.

By the time the explosion occurs I'd be really high up in the air, so the explosions full force wouldn't be even close to reaching me, and the rest of it my kiyoshi sphere around me could handle (which is A rank.) With Oraan in CM2 form and now with the Midnight Cloak Covering his body, All Void techniques cast by him gain +45 damage.

As the Shuriken is thrown at him Oraan waits for it to get near him and uses one of the hojojutsu chains to smack the shuriken away from him while materializing a two large waves to come crashing down from the sides of Mugen. The waves are formed almost directly on top of Mugen, 5 feet away from him, leaving little time to counter.

creating a beast from the water that appear from the water in front of me and shoots a stream a water from its mouth, taking out the sound as it's released. [/spoiler] at the same time im performing the two techniques, my cloud of energy takes me closer to the ground (1 meter).

Watching as the water was dispersed by his sound technique, without hesitating, Oraan performed 3 handseals and caused the earth to rise up on all sides of Mugen and trap him within a container while gaseous Diethyl Ether comes out of the ground. As the Gas Chamber raises, Oraan stomps on the ground and causes Lightning Spikes to protrude from behind Mugen. This is done in such a way that the spikes spark against the liquid Diethyl Ether previously on the ground (There is some from the wave and from the rain. 10meters by 10 meters is all of Mid and Long Range) and cause the ground to catch on fire and begin burning the earth, turning it slowly into Lava. The Fire would then ignite the Gas coming from the gas chamber and cause Multiple Explosions throughout Mid and Long Range.

As you perform three handseals, and nothing happens, I grab my spear and hold it with the tip towards the ground and it extends down impaling the ground, as you stomp the ground, I send my lightning chakra through the spear, which goes underground, and heads towards you, taking out your lightning chakra as well on the way, and erupts from beneath you: (Raiton: Raijin Shinwa Gadian) - Lightning Style: Lightning God's Mythical Guardian -

Description: The user impales Futsu-Nushi-No-Kami into the ground and then focuses raiton chakra into it. The spear then releases all the chakra underground, forming it into a large mythical beast that has the body of a dragon, but the head of a shark with a sword sticking out of its nose. The lightning beast remains under the surface, with exception of its dorsal fin, which sticks out 10 meters above the surface and is around 1.5 meters wide. When the user then pulls the spear out of the ground, the beast blasts of towards its target, travelling underground, except his dorsal fin which remains viewable on the surface and cuts through the earth as it moves forwards. When it reaches its target, it jumps out of the earth, biting and stabbing the opponent. On that moment the beast releases all its energy, causing it to explode in a violent way and creating a large sphere of lightning (which appears above ground as a lightning dome), that eventually leaves behind a bowl shaped crater. On the command of the user it's possible to make the beast explode sooner, even if it hasn't attacked the opponent yet.

creating an orb of low frequency RF which appears at the same time as the lightning erupts from beneath you. (low frequency RF has no effect on lightning, so it doesn't cancel it out :p )

Oraan, who can sense Mugen's Lightning coming towards him after it takes out his own continues performing the handseal for his clones as the lightning strikes him but gets completely absorbed by his Void Cloak in full (This is the last and final turn it could be used). With the Lightning absorbed by the Void cloak, it won't be able to explode as the technique was originally supposed to. The Void Cloak then disappears, rendering Oraan unable to use Void techniques for quite some time.

As the Lightning is being absorbed, Oraan, Azazel, and Nightcrawler all enter into Satsui no Hado transformation just as Mugen performs his final handseal. Azazel and Nightcrawler then sprint forwards towards Mugen at the speed of Rock Lee without weights as Oraan, who could sense the now familiar Radio Frequency chakra, expelled a massive blast of Sound from his body. The sound vibrations canceling out the vibrations of the Radio Frequecy Waves. Oraan then begins to vibrate at an excessive rate. Exhausted, he exits his CM2 Form.

Any object(s) or force within range of the user as this pulse is released is sent backwards and away from the user into Mid Range

Azazel and Nightcrawler safely out of range of the blast, NC slams his hands on the ground causing a kanji to form underneath him as Azazel causes 5 spikes to protrude form the ground to stab Mugen (one from underneath and the others from N,S,E,W to form a tepee with Mugen in the middle) as he progresses into his transformation.

And as long as the user is standing on the ground and on top of/within the seal, whenever their opponent(s) try to channel A Ranked or below chakra into the earth, the chakra will be automatically sealed in the scroll and the technique canceled out.

As I am entering CM2 mode, I can sense the blazing earth chakra coming from below, so I jump straight upwards from my cloud, going really high into the air (long range from you, mid range from the ground), creating a new cloud under me:

As a large poof of smoke is made in front of Mugen, Oraan (DE) and Nightcrawler(Lightning) perform a Diethyl Ether and Lightning rain at the range of Mugen. The combination of the two elements cause a chemical reaction together, igniting and becoming a DE/Lightning Rain in the form of an extremely potent fire.

The user can only focus one chakra at a time and needs a 1 turn period in-between without using energy related attacks to shift energy elements.
Fire- Energy will be able to burn things
Water- Energy will be able to douse out fires as well as possibly drown (if one can)
Earth- Energy will have a tough, solid composition.
Lightning- Energy will be able to shock and electrocute
Wind- Energy can slice/cut or blow away

(Your lightning loses some of its power because of my spear, also once it comes in contact with the DE, it all just becomes fire, so the two techniques take each other out).

(although im not completely sure how you "run". You used the ropes to balance yourself properly, I don't think you'd be able to run at that speed using those ropes, and even without those ropes, you'd just fall over and you dont seem to be all that exhausted even if you say you are.)
