im all for sasuke being the closest to the SO6P im not going to post the pic but if you look at the shadow of the sage of six paths then think about sasuke and he's hair blowing in the same direction as the SO6P then give sasuke the rinnegan you'll see that ITS THE SAME, the only thing missing is horns and cloths.

now think about it, sasuke is going to the battle with naruto and naruto is giving out nine tail chakra, after having nine tail chakra you have two chakra horns with your nine tail cloak(now they maybe nine tail ear but still...) put the cloak on sasuke and its a perfect fit the only thing missing is the cloths.

now if you dont believe none of this then think about it this way, if it was comfirmed that it was going to be an next SO6P then, sasuke would be in the running seeing that it would have to come from UCHIHA or SENJU desendents, O! wait naruto isnt senju he is a 2nd hand desendent of SENJU, uzumaki. so sasuke blood is closer to SO6P and i think thats going to have a lot to do with kishi picking whos going to be the next SO6P,(if he is really trying to do this in the story)

plus i believe kishi favor sasuke over naruto ANYWAY, even tho naruto is the main character. that doesnt mean anything he prob. jus wanted sasuke to be like a cool dark type of character (like batman) so he put him on the dark side for a while, and if im correct sasuke should being getting waymore power ups from now on (theory)

who do you guys think is going to be the next SO6P?

I believe Kishi should have just made Naruto a full blodded Senju instead of Uzumaki to even out the whole direct descendant of older/younger brother thing. As it stands Sasuke's connection to the SO6P is still stronger as he's an Uchiha, a direct descendant of the older brother while Naruto is an Uzumaki, a second hand descendant of the younger brother because he has some blood ties with the Senju clan. But alas Naruto wields the protagonists ultimate Jutsu. Plot Armor no Jutsu, & if Kishi gets around to picking a new SO6P, it's most likely going to be Naruto.
