NOOOOO cause its missing two tailed beast lol then the strongest ONES WTF kid, PLUS there not going to kill the main character to make the 10 tail whole?!? NOW the 10 tail is a god BUT!!!!! its missing TWO not one but TWO tailed beast...lol i believe that leaves this thing open to be beaten, SO you cant put god on it yet and even if naruto get 10 tails, he still going to be missing the 8 TAILS!!!!! XD so there room for sasuke to beat him with Rinnegan and EMS SOOOOO you cant say who ever get the 10 tails like thats the golden ticket cause madara has the 10 tails and the rinnegan and he's about to get beat....
