4th Kazekage vs Sasuke

thats what a shushin does:|,sasuke is a short-mid ranged fighter,so naturally he would have his speed towards attacking,deidara is a long ranged fighter and would naturally use his speed to evade close attacks,which he did twice. Also the distance wasnt even that great anyway. Deidara underestimated his speed at that time.

Underestimating has nothing to do with your basic reactions. Speed is the how fast one can move. They're styles can't be used as an excuse for being slower, or the tiering would be called into question.

Sasuke was simply faster when you count Shunshin. Without it he would be equal to Deidara, which makes the tiering be unenhanced more credible. In battles that doesn't matter though since someone can be faster with enhancements, but since most Shinobi have Shunshin, it makes the tiers almost irrelevant.

Also,the sasuke with a 4.5 is not the sasuke at the beggning of shippuden,that one has less than a 4.5.

However,no way is beggining of part 2 shippuden fast enough to dodge the gold dust that equals war ac gaara's sand speed.

I don't have an opinion on the last part yet.

Sasuke moved a large distance before Deidara could even register it, being able to just barely jumped out of the way doesn't put him on the speed level as the person who covered a vast distance.

Just being able to react doesn't put them on the same level. Sasuke was able to cover most of the distance with his Shunshin before Deidara noticed it and was just barely able to avoid it. What's the second time your talking about?

You sound american. We don't do anything like america. We did this in physics, never did anything related to this in chemistry. And, this was actually covered in highschool(was for me, but idk where he's from). College broadened it a bit more, but by highschool you know this in physics class. Chemistry was more about the interactions of molecules, bonding and creating chemical solutions through titration etc.

Virginia bruh, I've been to the same schools as him and we never learned anything of the sorts until middle school. Grade school science was based more on Ecology.

But to attack someone when he hardly knows where the other individual is even coming from or what kind of education systems other country has, is borderline stupid.
