[Predictions] Naruto's banishment from Konoha and the end of Naruto

This is something I see happening. Danzo is about to launch a coup against Tsunade and the village is now defenseless because of what Pain did to it. Many of the top ninja are either dead, incapacitated, or exhausted. When Danzo launches the Coup I don't see how anyone will be able to stop him (unless Pain helps out, but I don't see that happening). So now Danzo will become Hokage and will be in control of what is going on. When he finds out Naruto refused to kill Pain, two things will happen. First, he will send someone to kill Pain. Then, he will call Naruto a traitor and use this as a means to ban him from Konoha. The real reason behind the banishment will be because Danzo sees Naruto's presence in the village as a constant threat, and as long as Naruto is there, people will come seeking the Kyuubi's power and the village will keep being destroyed.

I see Danzo convincing Naruto of him being a threat to the village and his friends, so Naruto will decide to leave. It would be interesting to see what the rest of the villagers do such as Sakura and the rest of them. I don't see them leaving.....but I don't think they would be very loyal to Danzo either. Anyhow, after that I see Naruto meeting up with Kirabi and learning how to control the Kyuubi and at the same time Kirabi, being the guardian of his village, will convince Naruto that he has to return to Konoha and use his power to protect his friends.

At some point while Naruto is gone, Sasuke will learn that Danzo became the new hokage, and he will go to Konoha and kill Danzo. Tobi/Madara will then make his move and try to take over Konoha. At this point Naruto will arrive back in Konoha to find things in chaos, once again. He will battle Sasuke but at some point in their battle, he will convince Sasuke to go against Tobi/Madara. It will then be Naruto and Sasuke vs. Tobi/Madara. They will battle, and at the end of the battle, Sasuke will sacrifice himself to kill Madara. After this battle, Naruto will become the new Hokage and take on the role as guardian of Konoha, as Kirabi convinced him to do.

Danzou's already shown that he wants to keep Kyuubi for himself, at all costs. So I don't see him throwing Kyuubi out, but instead locking him up.

While its true that Danzo has expressed that he wants Naruto to be locked up in a place where nobody can get the power of the Kyuubi, I think after Konoha was just completely destroyed because somebody wanted that power, Danzo might change his mind and try to get rid of Naruto. Even though Danzo comes off as a bad guy, his ultimate goal is always the safety of Konoha. He may see banishing Naruto as the only way to achieve this.

Also right now the biggest threat of someone stealing the Kyuubi is the Akatsuki, but the organization is getting hammered. We also know now that the Raikage is trying to get the 5 kages together to discuss the Akatsuki so I think we will see the Akatsuki get destroyed by some of the other countries as well as Konoha. Without the threat of the Akatsuki, Danzo may not be as worried about someone stealing the Kyuubi.

Old people never change their ways.. so who knows, I like the theory.. especially where Sasuke dies. I can totally see Naruto being 'convinced' somehow that he needs to leave the village... but I think Danzou will try to lock him up in a hole, or hell even reseal kyuubi into somebody else. (that last one may be going to far)

This possibility of Danzou banishing Naruto has been discussed for sometime now, so I'm not going to say much. It doesn't make sense at all for Danzou to exile Naruto. Danzou is a tactician, and Naruto is his greatest weapon. If Naruto doesn't want to leave it likely starts a civil war. If he does, then Danzou's best weapon, and shinobi is gone. Thus it leaves Konoha very vulnerable and unlikely to be able to defend itself.

Uhh...dude...you realize he's not saying that Danzou could defeat Naruto in a battle right?
He's saying that Danzou will convince Naruto that he (Naruto) puts the village and its people in danger just by being in Konoha. So then Naruto will leave the village, which is what Danzou wants cause Danzou knows Naruto would pwn him when Naruto sees what he does to the village.

I think you missed my point. Danzo doesn't have to defeat Naruto to get him out of the village. As others said, he is very smart, and can get Naruto to leave the village by other means. IMO I think he his going to convince Naruto that his presence alone is a threat to his friends. On top of that, for all we know Danzo is incredibly strong. He was one of the top Ninja for Konoha during the war, and as we saw he teamed up with Hanzo when they tried to take out Pain. We haven't seen him in action recently, but judging by his past and that he is the head of ANBU ROOTs, I would money on him being a very powerful ninja. And you said the elders wouldn't accept it....but why not? The elders and Danzo have seen eye to eye on important decision recently. Its always those 3 against Tsunade. So as far as that goes, I think the elders and Danzo are allies, remember we haven't seen the elders throughout the entire Pain invasion. I'm guess there down with Danzo right now.

The villagers may not accept it, but what choice do they have? The village was just decimated, all of the strongest ninja in Konoha, besides Yamato and that group, are exhausted, and many have been killed. Sai was most definitely not the strongest ninja under Danzo's leadership. He needed someone around the age of Naruto and Sakura to fill in that missing spot on their team. He wasn't chosen based on strength, but he was specialized for that role. Danzo most likely has a large group of very skilled assassins with him who due to their training, are completely loyal to him. Konoha is defenseless right now, and Danzo and his forces are at full strength. And then you have to remember, people don't always like the Hokage. But as ninja, they pledge their loyalty to him/her. Sometimes they have to follow orders they don't like, from people they don't like. Take Itachi for example, he was ordered to kill ALL OF HIS FAMILY and then leave the village and be hated forever! Do you think this is something he wanted to do? No! But it was his orders, and as a ninja, it was his duty to do it. So he did.

I disagree Nameer. Danzo is the type of guy who thinks "does the ends justify the means". He sees it as a necessary sacrifice so that he can ensure the safety of the future of Konoha. He sees Tsunade's leadership as a threat to Konoha's existence because she isn't willing to make the necessary decisions. In his opinion, the sacrifice of many lives, is a necessary evil in order for him to protect the existence of Konoha.

If naruto leaves,

Kakashi(if he is alive), Sakura, Sai(maybe), Lee, Ino, Shikamaru, etc will all leave the town, why stay there then? to be slaves of Danzou?

Do you really think Danzou can defeat what's left of ANBU + GAI + NEJI + NEJI father + choiiji + Yamato + umm shino and shikamarus dad and inos dad and yeah...

It's at least 2 s class (Yamato + gai with gates) + jonins and chunins with special abilities + anbu. Do you really think Danzou can make it, unless he can stil fight in his condition and is like, I dunno, Kage level?
Well Tsunade is alive too kinda and her chakra regenerates pretty fast so.. and if Kakashi is alive then, im sorry, danzou has no chances.


Now con cerning the theory. You know, people, inhabitants and just ninja entrusted will of fire with Naruto, or at least it is as they claimed. Even Ebisu said that he wont tell where Naruto is because he is an important asset of KOnoha. Shikamarus dad and other smart people understood that Naruto knows how to handle Pain and that they (other ninja squads) should not interfere.
Assuming they understand that Naruto is the chosen one to make things clear with Pein, do you think they'll listen to someone like Danzou who tells that "Naruto is a traitor" ? Nobody likes Danzou and Anbu ROOT is known as ccriminal squad. If they take over KOnoha, they wont change peoples minds.

The only way I see Naruto leaving Konoha is his desire to learn more about his hidden powers and to learn how to bring them under his control to not harm village and his friends. But at the moment, with Konohas condition beeing very sad, he just wont leave the village. After KOnoha is rebuilt, that can happen. Right now, when we have Sasuke and Madara and Danzou and other threats, Naruto needs to be together with KOnoha and his friends. It'll be too rude from him to leave now.

But in general, if many things and own thoughts are not taken into consideration, yout theory is ok. At least it gives some reasonable possibilities for a new timeskip. Imagine: Naruto has left the village to train more and master his powers jsut like he did with Jiraya. But now he left alone. Or lets say with Sakura, lol
Then, after one or two years, he returns with some new jutsus. Or hee's shown beeing attacked by, for instance 2 sound jonins who say : prepare to die, weakling and then he FTG's behind them and killd with Rasengan.

But the thing is that this just cant happen, because of Sasuke. He is the second one to attack Konoha and village needs some protection. Surely sasuke is not neraly as strong as Pein and hasnt got nearly enough devastative powers but he claims he has a technique that can bring Konoha to its knees. However, he may change his mind when he sees what is left from his ex village.. lol.

Or as he hates Danzou as Hokage , who was the one who insisted on uchiha assasination, he'll get mad and kill him and all his army and Konoha will be free again

There are soo many things to predict now, I guess we never had such a great chance for imagination as we have now ;p

Well I don't know if its Orochimaru's mind in Kabuto as much as its just parts of his body. I was under the impression that Orochimaru's mind/conscience and part of his body was absorbed by Sasuke and that Itachi used Susanoo to get rid of his presence. I think Kabuto just absorbed some of Orochimaru's power but not any of his soul.
