Someone makes some insensitive remark about Itachi? Remember, 99% of the shinobi world still does'nt know the truth about Itachi.

I can imagine Sakura saying something stupid when she gets overjoyed at Sasuke's return, like she did in part 1.

Sasuke has changed immensely since part 1, but if karin is any indication, the way kishi shows females has'nt. So what if Sasuke gets ticked off again like he did back then? Lets say:

Sakura: im so glad you're back Sasuke kun!!
Sasuke: sorry about the past, sakura
Sakura: its nothing! i had faith in you all along. Ever since you defeated that scum bag traitor Itachi, i knew you'd eventually see the light and return! I feel so bad about how that monster treated you, confused you and threw you in the darkness. That man was a despicable villain, i wish i could've been there to help you kill him, for all the suffering and torment he caused to you and the harm he caused our village, good riddance he died an ignominable death....

Well, Hashirama knows, Hiruzen knows, Sasuke knows, Oro knows, Naruto knows etc. (There's more). So it's not a single ditched effort from Sasuke. Not to mention, when Naruto becomes Hokage he will probably do something about Itachi being hailed as a traitor (Probably will hail him as a hero indirectly). This will obviously please Sasuke.

I seriously doubt Sasuke will return to Konoha.
1) He'll help in the war and possibly die a "heroic" death
2) He really meant that he wants to fight Naruto to the death and they both die (this one is debatable)
3) They win the War and Sasuke leaves the Village along with his new BFF's (Oro, Jugo, Suigetsu, Karin) and start a new village.

Sakura is the least of his worries lol
