-but everyone's missing something that bothered me most other than the green bit, zoro, bartolomeo and thousand sunny incident.
what did the marine that was with isshou fujitora see that gave him a shocked face in thier last panel for their scene???????
-i would of gave this a 5/5 if oda atleast showed us one of the mysteries of todays chapter other than that the chapter was brilliant

What Fujitora said was the comment about protecting people. The Marine was shocked because in his planning to catch the pirates, he completely neglected the idea of protectiong Civilians (especially made clear when he doesn't find a point in collecting a Civilian Head Count). So I think his expression stems from the shock of realizing he completely forgot an important point of being a Marine!
I think they're CP1-8 as well. I think they're just different divisions for gathering Intel.

The Fairy transformed into Zoro. I guess it's safe to assume the Fairy is a better choice for nakama then Rebecceif it's a female.

Goda really knows how to equal Kishi's work. The amount of suspense we've got in this chapter makes me think OP equaled tonights chapter of Naruto.

As far as Cipher Pol goes, the world officially recognizes CP-1 through CP-8! Origionally CP-9 existed as the soul unofficial group; however, we have now been introduced to the second (most likely last hidden group) unofficial group of CP-0: Cipher Pol AIGIS0. So my assumption is that both groups are basically the Top Tier Assassins/Spies...It is possible that CP-9 operates on the first half of the Grand Line, and CP-0 operates in the New World.
It was great how Law and Robin were just chilling while Ussop and Ceaser were constantly flipping out XD
Also...yes Robin looks fantastic; however, I'm getting tired of her only wearing dresses.....really doesn't let her expand on her fighting style :/.

Soo much things happening. I liked how random guys were introduced but at least they seemed strong lol. Its clear as hell that the now Fleet-General Akainu wants to take out all pirates involved in this tournament now that Doflamingo's not a shichibukai.
Also , i didn't really get the "zoro part" ( somebody please explain )

This is what I got from the Zoro part...starts off with him running on rooftops. Then, he grabs onto his sword that is on the pack (almost looks more like he's drawing one of his swords). Suddenly the building ends and he falls down to the ground below, and then the Fairy (seemingly tied to the pack) falls down as well, and we finally see Zoro with a shocked expression)!
Anyways....AMAZING chapter! There is so much factionalization that its literally insane! The main island will become a battlefield. Just look at these factions.
1. Mugiwara no Ichimi
2. Doflamingo Family
3. 3 Battleships of marines (probably holding 3 Vice-Admirals)
4. Blackbeard Pirates (Burgess)
5. Bartolomeo
And then Green Bit is going to turn into a hell hole of powerhouses (and Ussop's worst nightmare)
1. Fujitora (Most likely Accompanied by CP-0...especially if they discover Robin's presence)
2. Doflamingo
3. Law, Robin, Ussop
I'm sure even the sea around Dressrosa will become a battle...
1. Thousand Sunny
2. 3 Marine Warships
3. Various Pirate Ships
Ok so on more specific notes.
Robin: So I am personally seeing/hoping she ends up an a game of Spy vs Spy with CP-0....would be awesome to see some steath battles go on. Also, I wanted to call out a particular moment that piqued my interest. It is hard to see, but on the panel when she is "Shushing" Ussop, take a not of her eyes...while they are heavily shaded, they have the ring pattern that is usually given with either an intense stare or fear....considering her eyebrows were slanted downward...this seems like she was almost pissed off. So does that mean she's had recent run-ins with CP-0, or has avoided them during childhood (assuming they operate everywhere). Also, how did she instantly recognize them as CP-0...they were barely in parifial view (an testament to her situational awareness), and were even wearing masks and a get-up......now while yes they stand out from the general public...still, kind of hard to do. Should be interesting to see where/what becomes of this situation on Green Bit.
Fujitora: So glad the old man is Fujitora....and I already love him! He's got a good sense of Justice in my opinion! He's got a date with Robin, Law, Ussop, and Doflamingo XD
Franky: Found a new friend...looks like our Toy Soldier is full of knowledge..maybee his Jet Walk means he's part of CP-0?!
Lucy: Looks like our gladiator has two SERIOUS sources of competition. The Vice Admiral capping and getting capped was some epic stuff!
Zoro: Looks like Fairies shock Zoro XD Glad he managed to not get lost which leads me to...
Kinemon: Way to pull a Zoro
Sanji: Life couldn't be better for him...still have a feeling Violet may be Baby 5 for some reason, but still regardless she has some alterior motives.
Thousand Sunny: Man....wonder who's on the ship....considering the masses of factons present...I wouldn't be surpirsed if some Revolutionary shows up XD! I'll be kind of dissapointed if BY SOME REDICULOUS method Monet or Vergo managed to not die from fatal wounds.
