just recently i found out that naruto and goku voice actor are girls so i checked to see if its a girl for luffy too.

i watched a video i think its a girl but not sure??
anybody know about it !!

Yup, most young males in animes are voiced by women since they can keep the younger sounding voice, if a man did Luffy or even a teenager voiced Luffy at the start by now Luffy would have a deep and strange voice unsuited to the character.

In fact, cartoons use female actors for the same purpose, prime example; Bart Simpson.
