I know there will be a lot of these threads but this ones different just read please.
Has anyone seen this site
On there is a link to any and everything Naruto. I found this one for FTG while looking up Hiraishin
Because it still makes no sense why it wasn't mentioned that the 2nd had it prior to now and I thought it was originally said to have been created by Minato. Not to mention Minato's needs seals to arrive at while Tobiramas apparently doesn't(but that's another point entirely)
My question was, here it says that there are four users of FTG. 3 of which are Manga only. The other two users are Genma(the toothpick ninja from the chunin exam and Raido who was mostly seen in flashbacks with Obito arriving late and fighting kakuzu. I can't recall seeing a chapter that showed them using FTG or explaining them being taught it by Minato(which the site says they did as guards to the Hokage)
Can anyone help me find the pages where this is shown.
