my theory is about Shisui using KA on Itachi

(now he might not have, but this is about being kinda plausible)

And if he would be under control, dont you think that Itachi would kill Sasuke like every1 esle. Because for Shishui Sasuke is nothing else then another Uchiha.

wait, looking at the manga from the way im seeing it Shisuis other eye is also missing. (im sorry if i sound like im not up to date) but is the eye that shisui is giving itachi now the same eye that released him from the edo tensei? Could it do that and keep itachi under its control at the same time?

yes it can now look at what shisui says " please protect the village and Uchiha's name"
