what are all the elements that kakashi can do?

The only know original kakashi element is lightning, you could argue he used the sharingan to learn the others. But he knows all base elements.

Due to his skill with sharingan he can potentially learn all base elements. I could be wrong but I believe he has never been shown to use wind and I believe he has only been shown to use fire in the anime, but not in the manga.

He's got Rai and Mizu techniques. Even if Kakashi uses his sharingan to copy and use a technique, there's gotta be a disclaimer somewhere that if you don't have the affinity for the element, you can't use it. I'm not positive on that.

Only element I dont remember seeing from him is wind.

I´m also unsure about fire.

Kakashi's afinity is lighting.He can also use water,earth and in the anime he has been shown to use fire too(but not in the manga).

Lightning is his natural one, then he has earth and water. KAKASHI DOES NOT HAVE FIRE PEEPS. The only time we have seen a fire tech from him was in the anime, not the manga. Kakashi doesn't know wind either since he sent Naruto to get help on learning it.

He used fire in the episodes where sakura and Naruto show what they learned after three years in fact he uses water, earth, and fire in those episodes. We know lightning but never wind.

Nada. Rasengan isn't a Wind Style technique; once you apply Wind Style to it you get Fuuton: Rasenshuriken.
