Lightning is his natural one, then he has earth and water. KAKASHI DOES NOT HAVE FIRE PEEPS. The only time we have seen a fire tech from him was in the anime, not the manga. Kakashi doesn't know wind either since he sent Naruto to get help on learning it.

Kakashi said that a ninja has an affinity element and then they train over the years to bring out an additional 1 or 2 secondary elements. By this, it suggests Kakashi can use Lightning (affinity), Water (secondary element), and Earth (secondary element).

He never used Wind and was only shown to use fire in the anime (which is non-canon). If he could have used wind, I'm sure he would have shown it to Naruto during his Wind training.

Naruto wiki uses info from manga,anime and games too.Kakashi never used fire release on manga.
That was on a cannon episode,on his fight with Itachi.This scene though was not in the manga.It was an extention of the fight,added by the animation team.
Naruto wiki alao states that he has wind release and a wind jutsu.Such thing never happened though,neither on manga nor on anime.
It is used by Kakashi on a game,as sexy jutsu is used too.
Wiki can't always be trusted.

and yes lightning/earth/water canon, Fire in an anime filler part, no wind ever, he used normal rasengan against naruto's wind one to show how much stronger adding an element to a technique can make it.
