Dear Lordy, knead/release is the amount of Chakra they can expend at one moment. Minato hasn't shown he can't expend that much at once, that would allow him to teleport 4.

Well Rinnegan Obito is pretty much the same Minato fought so Minato and Kimimaro can take him.

Manda, Manda 2, Eight Branches, Tobirama whom has almost full knowledge on Madara and, if needed, Hiruzen's RDS take out Madara, too.
