Until the last chapter xD Because many fans would drop the series if NaruHina did not happen, and all Kishi is doing is giving NH fans some fan-service for them not to be disappointed too bad on the last chapter when Naruto and Sakura are shown together
Neji sunk that ship, if it ever hand any chance( which it didn't). :|

I don't really think people should jump to conclusions. After Tobi was revealed to Obito, I learned not to. Seriously, there was overwhelming evidence that Tobi was not Obito, such as the timeline inconsistencies, yet Tobi turned out to be Obito.
