What is a shinobi? Hashi gives the most accurate definition. "The one who endures" - for his goals.

Sasuke has sacrificed everything to avenge his clan (more than Naruto could ever dream of), his chill life in Konoha, his friends, his sensei, his everything. He dedicates his every second honing his skills through training or real time battles with kage level opponents, and constantly putting his life on the line.

All of this for what? For him? No! For his family and his clan. He is the real deal, which is exactly what a true avenger is... shouldering the pain of loss, which is why he owned Danzo's million lives and send him back to the grave :D

He still needs to kill the elders to truly avenge his clan.

I feel that if he kills innocent lives, he will be just as bad as the corrupted village system that he hates.

The problem is that Sasuke is so self-absorbed with his revenge that he truly believes every Konoha citizen is culprit of his clan's genocide, making him a massive hypocrite, because the Uchiha clan was anihilated for a similar reason when most of the clan was actually innocent.

You kinda have a point but I feel like Sasuke doesn't need to be killing innocent people. It wasn't all of Konoha who wronged him IMO

He has pretty much completed his goal..if he ends up killing innocents though...meh. That would kill his character for me, turning him into a common bad guy.

Not everyone succeeds their dream. They either up die or something blocks their way. You can't do anything.
