Do you like the way I elaborated the definition of a Shinobi?

They don't have the same goals.Naruto's goal is to protect the village/be hokage, then to turn sasuke back to the good side. He had to endure endless hours of training to get to the point he's at, and still hasnt reached his goal. Sasuke's is to avenge his clan. He trained pretty hard im guessing, but after killing his brother, he relied on the power of his brothers eyes. He pretty much just took a shortcut. Being the arrogant peice of crap he is, he now thinks hes better than everyone else bc he has awsome ocular powers. They have both endured alot, but i think naruto endured more and still has some ways to go. So if it's "one who endures" for his goals Then Naruto is clearly the better shinobi.

Seriously doubt he succeeds, the bad guys generally don't succeed with their evil plans in Shounen manga. Plus it sends the wrong message to children.

I suspect Naruto is going to knock some sense into Sasuke at the end.

You are wrong. Sasuke is a neutral character, an antihero. These type of characters are cooler than the typical, predictable goodie goodie characters, hence the reason why he already succeeded as he pwned Danzo
