Well, thing is, as Rock lee said it, it's no point seeing it if your body can't move.

However, Susanoo is not channeled through the body. It's through the eyes.

As long as Itachi can see it, he can activate Susanoo in time.

The thing is A moved at lightning speed...
A never used his max. speed against Sasuke yet his sharingan couldn't keep up with it... But Minato and Naruto dodged his full speed with ease... means they are faster than A...
BM Naruto at least moves at lightining speed and even Minato in one leap can reach such speed IMO...

FTG is beyond time limitations...

All characters use shunshin to move fast.

I don't think anyone is noted for having an extremely fast foot speed.

He didn't outspeed him he just used heightened reflexes to dodge his move at the last minute. Naruto was never confirmed to have a faster base speed than any of the clouds "known" Kages.

what does his base speed matter? hes fast, he teleports, flying raijin, everything, u cant just isolate one thing to keep making threads about because they dont mean anything

This is the most amazing feat. Killing 50 men in a blink of an eye. If we were to get the average time for Minato to kill a shinobi then it's around 6-8 millisecond.. Remember that FTG can't kill. It will just send him to where he wants to go. How can he kill a single shinobi in just 6-8 millisecond? Isn't this amazing? The speed our mind can think is about 200-300 millisecond. How come the 50th shinobi or the last one Minato killed was not able to defend himself? Here is my explanation:

The average time for Minato to kill a single shinobi was 6-8 millisecond. It means that the 50th person was able to think what happened after Minato killed 30. It will only take 120-160 millisecond for Minato to kill the remaining 20. Since our mind can think as fast as 200-300 millisecond then the 50th person was not able to counter the attack after realizing what happened.

To create a jutsu= mind( to think what jutsu to use) + molding of chakra + handseals. Can someone create a very fast jutsu below 120-160 millisecond? This is 120-160/1000 of a second.
