The chapter passed quickly and I didn't notice the chapters pass! Now I have to wait one more week to see the next chapter - that's the part that I hate a lot! I think that Lucy is being controled by something or someone because her eyes are opaque! But by who? Future Rogue can't be because he want to kill Lucy so that she can't close the door. Or maybe her mom, that died on the same day that the dragons disappeared, "throws" her a spell so that Lucy close the door (the dragons are maybe coming from the other side from the door) when the times comes up. Or even Minerva...

Natsu is really injured!! And he's going to be taken by the shadows?? What is this? But probably he will think of Future Rogue that escape and that wants to kill Lucy and he will wake up to save her, like always!! I am anxious about the charle's predictions that we see Lucy crying while the castle is being destroyed!!

And also Rogue killed Sting but I think that was the shadow, that we saw on the day of the battles, that killed Sting in front of Rogue. And then Rogue became uncontrolled and let the shadow take over his body. I don't think that Rogue could do something like that - Rogue and Sting are like Natsu and Gray!

And after all Jellal didn't appeared!

Excited for the next chapter "My part too". A nice and mysterious title!

what a letdown... this was the most disappointing chapter I can remember in the whole show. Rogue was fodderised, so he had to get another power? and killing Sting? not to mention he is totally dark now, while actually ha was a kind guy...

also when we could finally see Natsu in lightning/fire mode, he gets fodderised by a fodder lol... and honestly, Lucy was all "I won't open it" but then "I must close it". without any antecedent.

I am guessing by this post that you have no idea of what fodder means
OT: I think rogue kills sting only if Lucy closes the door and the dragons rule the world....if someone stops her and they defeat the dragons than I don't think rogue will do that

Fancy attack of Rogue, and yes I go for that some external power is influencing Lucy and I go for that it's her mother who also died in the year the dragons disappeared.

You really wonder how Rogue became so twisted like that in the future. Was it the shadow that possessed current Rogue in the Games or was that future Rogue?

Major plot twist.

Lasagna, I like that idea. Perhaps Lucy's mom managed to use her celestial magic to push and banish the dragons to a schecluded "dimension" and the eclipse gate is exactly that, a gate that will open to that dimension letting the dragons come back. Its possible that such magic would kill the caster and she would be bound to have had some help from some dragons that believed that they should in fact be exiled to let humanity live. They used the keys, some of which we know were held by Lucy's mom, to open the gate. The keys were made long ago and unlock a form of portal to the celestial world to make the spirits come there. All keys must unlock a portal to somewhere. A bigger, special portal. In my opinion, that portal is to where the dragons are. I like the idea that Lucy's mom had some role in all this because it makes sense that she would now have a role in it again. If the portal opens, the dragons come. Rogue Killing Sting? I don't see that happening. Something is a miss in all that.

Yes, i don't let go of the bone that Eclipse Gate will bring the dragons here and not actually be a weapon. How can a gate be a weapon?

If that is true. then wouldn't have the celestial spirits told Lucy about her mother closing the Eclipse door.

I'm also confused about your theories. If Lucy is doing the same thing supposedly her mother did, then how come mostly every fairy tail member died in the future?

If the Gate is the way for the 10,000 to be released and Lucy closed it, then there was something else that lead to the death of so many lives.

I'm pretty sure that the previous dragons that died, are gonna be resurrected by the opening of the Eclipse door. Therefore by the time Lucy had closed the door they were already resurrected.

I think I kinda understand.
Lucy is going to try to close the door because maybe she was possessed by Levy? in the future, and she realized if you open the door to the time when Zeref was not immortal and killed him, shouldnt that make all the dragons come back to life and change the whole future? I think Lucy did not want that so she is aiming to close the door,but was too late, but if she wasn't, then idk.I dont believe Natsu is dead.I think Meldy and Urtear will help him. Rogue will be coming after Lucy. I'm hoping for an JellalxErza moment when they finally confess their true feelings for eachother and kiss at the end , before they all die, but if they dont then whocares because they can get all loveydovey.I want a NatsuxLucy moment too,when Lucy is about to hit death, because something possessed her to close the door, and yeah as you guise said Natsu wakes up and saves Lucy because yeah.THEYYYY LIIIIKKKKKEEE EACHOTHER<3

I believe that the dragons existed already. Years ago. Remember the graveyard with the dragon bones? Those are the 10k dragons and the past is where they will come from. You think Lucy's possessed? I believe not! She realised that no dragon exists where the attack is said to happen because she understood that the eclipse hasn't been used before. Frankly, it's a weapon noone has used before and it's ancient. A teenager of a princess knows how to use it? Really?

Think about it. The 12 celestial keys are all in all really hard to gather to begin with. They are rare! I am certain that the moment they activate eclipse they will do it wrong and open a gate to the past, making the dragons to rush out of the gate to redo their fight. Lucy's mother is certainly involved cause she died the same year as the dragons disappeared!

I think that the answer trully lies in the year the dragons disappeared. And I could even bet there might be a time travel to that time in which they will ask the dragons and Lucy's mother for help. I like to believe that Natsu had met Zeref in that timetravel, fighting him the year Igneel disappeared. That's why Zeref recognised him in the S-class tournament.

Also, about Rogue. He killed his own father to become a true dragon slayer and alot of you already seem to have forgoten that fact. Why are you surprised that he'd kill his own friend in order to obtain more power? I think that it will be similar to how laxus gave natsu lightening, only that Rogue forced Sting into it and sucked his power completely.

My way more than 2 cents. Gave this chapter 1 star cause it was overly disappointing. I hope Mashima fixes his dialogue cause his scenario is awesome, art is awesome but recently because of the dialogue fairy tail has been falling off!

Wow.....and I mean wow, Natsu who always wins with friendship or given a power boost by an ally lost. *Claps* Hiro did something right Natsu needed to loose, it might had taken over 300 chapters, but it finally happened XD

As for this week chapter it was average/ok over all I think. Sigh.....this is exactly why I do not like time travel because time travel usually ends up not making any sense of the plot and leaves open holes of questions. Apparently Rouge kills Sting in the future huh? Light/Shadow dragon mode looks nice and all, but the way it was explained was random. Lucy at first wanted to open the get and now she wants to close it? My only guess is that the dragons will come from the gate, but on the other hand we witness that the dragons exist in the current FT time line so I have no clue lol.

At first I thought this was my imagination, but what Rouge said about killing Sting gain a new power was exactly what happen in One Piece with Black Beard gaining White Beards power .

I want to believe there is a connection to alot of things going on in fairy tail! Lucy's mother, Layla's, year of death is a huge coincidence, Zeref already knowing Natsu despite Natsu not recognising him nor his smell is a mystery. And Hiro has shown that he isn't afraid to add and do things to his characters that normally would be too silly for any other manga. Parallel universe/time skip with main chars staying the same are some of them. Time travel is sure to happen =/! And I was thinking... You want to defeat dragons and you can use timetravel. Where would you go?

777. Yep. And it might also mean that we will see super sad plot developments. I believe Layla used Lumen Etoile, the secret thing under fairy tail back then, thus dying. I don't believe that the dragons were sent to another dimension. That's why they are rare! We've seen igneel and grandeen already both being safe and sound and Igneel namely hiding inside a volcano! Sting and Rogue's have been murdered, Acknologia whereabouts are unknown but we know she exists!

Also, remember future Lucy's explanation? people lose their magic cause they happen upon the eclipse and they get captured again? Or something like that? The future future lucy has seen has already been changed, she would remember rogue attacking her in her own past and her own future self sitting in front. The guards were stopped by rogue to begin with, natsu and rogue fight without their magic stopping too! And right now everyone's outside and able to use magic.

Even the fact that fruit eaters have different abilities and almost every single magic featured in FT is original and almost noone else is shown to know such magic is a big hit.

Right and I agree! I'm not trying bash on Fairy Tail, but the similarity is RIDICULOUS . Fairy Tail truly is a copy and paste One Piece indeed U_U
