You should specify whether Oro has Edo Tensei and which Yondaime we're speaking of.

With the current Edo Tensei and Hashi DNA Oro beats Minato. Minato may be a genius and all but he isn't beating Tobirama, Hiruzen and a Senju pumped Orochimaru at the same time.

Edo tensei takes some prep time and minato is extremely fast so i say minato beats orochimaru simply because he wouldn't get the chance to use edo tensei. of course minato would have to kill him several times, but after marking him once that should be easy.

If minato makes the mistake of letting oro summon his edos and watching him as he puts the kunai into their heads then oro wins. of course minato has the contract breaking seal so that might work against edo tensei but i doubt he can take on 2 edos who were former hokages.

Orochimaru Mid difficuly.. Minato simply has nothing that would hurt Orochimaru in any way..his biggest offensive attack is rasengan which won't affect oro in any way.... with his regenerative properties.. he has been sliced in half more times than anyone else in the manga and it doesn't phase him.... We've already seen that Manda is stronger than Gamabunta from the first 3 way sannin fight. he would have died had Katsuyuu not helped... And lets not forget Orochimaru now has senju dna and moukouton abilities, meaning he's capable of using mayfly techniques etc...

Tobirama simply has too few feats to be able to -NOT- be touched by Minato.
