Remember obito when minato took off his arm or when torune put that poison on his arm and he took it off himself then somehow he had his arm back like the next day. He could have done the same.

No, it is always out. Don't fret your head, blossoms. His hand is visible from under his sleeve at the beginning of the fight. You should follow your own advise.
