Focus vast amounts of spiritual energy into your legs and feet to run extremely fast.

Like i said sounds simple...

Use to much and you'll tire out or blow up O_O your legs and feet.

Use to little and nothing will happen.

To be fair i wont use flash step or sonido.... or my released shikai.

It is your job, to force me to have to do all three of those previously listed actions.

One problem I'll discuss with you Goro. People with under 5000 posts cannot have twin zanpakutos. Just saying this so you are aware in case anyone asks for one because a lot of people would like to have dual zanpakutos. In fact, we might need to raise it to 6000 or 7000.

Dual Zanpaktous are dangerous and need a lot of skill to wield. I feel maybe even a test of character should be needed for one to own one.

However i will personally vouch for ali to be able to properly handle a dual zanpaktou...

A direct Kidou attack, this move must be done at point blank range. The user of this attack focuses Kidou energy into one of their hands, the entire hand soon becoming covered in the energy. The energy is constant, and will stay as long as the person wills it to. This technique gives the hand a great destructive force, allowing it to punch holes in walls and greatly increase that person's striking power - to the point of being able to fracture or break bone. The power of the fist becomes stronger the longer the person keeps the energy concentrated, the energy becoming more taxing to keep it going. The largest cost is in between successful strikes when the energy has to renew itself. In stronger shinigami this technique can even allow them to destroy large structures even without a zanpakutou.

*i concentrate balanced amout of riastsu in my zanpaktou *

*as my lasers dont hav effect on u *

*a make a fire spehere around me ( as fire is my blades element ) *

*while in fire i remain in a DUCK DOWN position and is holding my zanpaktou defensively *

and i may want to chop ur legs ...

i place my 1 zanpaktou over head to block urs if u use it ( as i didn;t knew what u were going to do )

and sweep the other at ur legs ...

u r releasing riatsu and pushing me ...

i can cel the fire spehere ..

and when u try to grap my neck i use my over head zanpaktou to block ur ahnd .. ( although i am bleeding now from hand more severely ..

*as you pin my zanpaktou to the ground i kick you in the chest, swinging my body 180 degrees around so that my back is facing you. I then pull up my zanpaktou jumping into the sky above you..*
