Ninjutsu: It allows shinobi to acomplish feats otherwise unable to do. It uses hand seals and chakra to be effective.
Elemental Ninjutsu: It works on manipulating your chakra to produce effects of the 5 natural elements;Water,Fire,Wind,Earth,lightning they are used like a game of Rock,Paper,Siccors*Only Anolagy i could think of* as in one is stronger than they other but none of them is the best and 2 of them together could augment a ninjutsu(example fire and wind) fire consumes wind thus making it stronger.
Diffrence: there is many other type of ninjutsu that produce diffrent effects. But elemental ninjutsu bases itself only of the five elements.
Chakra and its relation to ninjutsu: You could consider the fuel to ninjutus you need chakra to be able to control and use ninjutsu. You shape and mold chakra to be able to use ninjutsu. You also need chakra control to be able to produce the affects wanted to little chakra or too much chakra results in non-propure use of a technique.
Raiton:its one of the 5 elemental ninjutsu. It allows the user to create lightning by increasing vibrations in the users chakra frecuency.
BLUE SKY:its created from the rays of the sun and the glass efect of the atmospher creating blue light waves. And what does this have to do with training? XD

The exact chakra needed to perform a ninjutsu is controled through hand seals. And depending on the mastery of the ninjutsu less handseals are needed to preform the ninjutsu.

*Meditates* breaths in and out and focuses on feeling the lightining from the storm around me. Lightning has a distinct static feeling that flows throught the body it enters and exits straight through. It also has a distinct vabration pattern that feels smooth.

I felt a quick but hurtfull pain. It stunned me for a second and my motor sences froze. It was a percing pain that left my body with a little numbness after.

I control my chakra trying to find the right frecuency after a latent shock. I hear a riiiiiippp type sound and where my hand was it, was shriveled and cut about 13 inches from my palm to the top of the cut.

As i put more focus on my chakra control i relase a much lager burst at it and bang i created a hole in the tree, breaking it in half and leaving some parts sringed from the electricity.
you need more detail on the description of whats going on.
You gather chakra here, but from where? Then you release it but no molding chakra? Then you release it as lightning but no manipulation ...... Try again.

I begin to gather my chakra throughout my whole body. Then I begin to channel my chakra and send it to my palms, while my chakra is gathering in my palms lightning sparks begin to form and crackle. Then lightning forms. I then slam my hands on the tree and send electrical energy through the tree directing it ,which once it reaches the tree creates a hole in it.
