Shopkeeper: ah, I see! Do you find anything that catches your eye?
Bertrand: Actually... *holding up an elven sword to examine* This craftsmanship is impeccable. Light. Sleek. Stylish. *Bertrand gives a few practice slashes* What techniques did you use in the smelting and tempering stages, "friend"?
Shopkeeper: that, friend, is a family secret. I don't share such sacred techniques with just anyone.
Bertrand: Well... I'm not "just anyone", am I? *Bertrand plays with the sword, which is dangerously close to hurting the shopkeeper*
