Clashing with the few remaining vampirs the guards began fighting furiously. Some of them saw Miakoda fall and rushed to get him out of harms way. "Bring him to where the halfling is the royal healers are there!" the guard leader cried out as he narrowly avoided decapitation from a vampires axe.

The remaining vampires are quickly finished off and burned as the guards turn their attention to Arai and Nova. "Sorry for the late assisst but that attack took us by surprise. Your lycan friend was wounded during the fight so we had some of our men take him to where the halfling is being cared for. our best healers are with her so she should be fine. If you'd like we can bring you too them." the guard leader informed them wiping sweat from his brow

The royal guard caught unaware by the sudden appearance of a small female elf (?) were suddenly on alert pointing their weapons at her. "How did you get in here, Who are you, What are you doing to the lycan, and why the hell is teh security so lax around you. You men and women are Royal guard so fuking act like it!" the leader of the royal guard said in quick succession lifting Arie to her feet and looking deep into her eyes. "Well you gonna fukin answer my questions?!" she exclaimed angrily

"according to the normal guard's report your friend here was ambushed by a group of vampires right after the assassination attempt on the queen was foiled by an orc-elf halfling. there was also another halfling with him. a drakling by the look of the reports.are either of those two halflings friendds of yours as well?" the guard leadier ezplained ending with a question.
