You can't stop lightning from being conductive,you can have water thats not conductive but I highly doubt that the lake was full of that xD

you can't control chakra to make it spin like a ball and add a wind element to it in real life either... you can't summon huge monsters by biting your thumb and slamming it onto the ground.

the point is... it's an anime about magical forces... they are supposed to control chakra so all kishi would say or the writers of the fillers is that he controlled the chakra so it didn't conduct...

u guys really take this as if it's real life lol sometimes it's best not to try and question everything
