Is tsukuyomi the ultimate-unbreakable--unblockable-undefeated-one shot attack?

Now, this thread is the product of mere curiosity. So, I really hope that a flame war wouldn't erupt over this.

Is tsukuyomi ultimate-unbreakable--unblockable-undefeated-one shot attack? I mean, yea, I've never seen anyone get out of it or break it or anything. But, whenever I see a thread regarding Itachi, people mention that Tsukuyomi one-shot everyone. I really want to know if its as unbelievably ridiculously unbeatable as people claim it to be. If it really was so strong, couldn't he have just used it on everyone who was against Konoha, and prevented all this current mess from happening in the first place. (I know that if it were so, then the entire naruto manga would be irrelevant. However, it just seems preposterous that Kishi created an attack OP attack like this without weakness)

anyone who has mastered their sharingan can break it. so basically all the top tier uchiha who have uchiha blood. itachi implied that only sasuke could break it but we now know everything he said in his life was a lie. the second databook said that at the time only those who had mastered their sharingan could break it, but at that time we hadn't seen perfect jinchuurikis. so maybe perfect jinchuurikis can break it aswell but thats just speculation. there are ways of avoiding it e.g. not looking directly into his eye or fighting from long distance.

If the opponent doesn't have prior knowledge about Tsukuyomi and doesn't have sharingan.

The way its portrayed, it would appear that even the most OP guys like Hashirama or SO6P would get one-shot with it. Why create such an attack that only those with sharingan can break? It just seems ridiculous.

Sasuke was skilled with the sharingan and is an Uchiha, the requirements as stated by Itachi to break Tsuku.

Kakashi was put in a coma for a week and the second time he fought Itachi (the clone made by Pain), Itachi didn't use Tsuku. It was a sharingan genjutsu.

If you get hit by it and you don't have the sharingan, then it is a one shot. Many people can just fight without looking into Itachi's eyes and some can use clones to fool Itachi into thinking that he hit the real one with Tsuku, thus wasting a lot of his chakra. The main counter for the jutsu, like many, is to simply not get hit by it. If you don't get hit, then no damage is taken.

Sadly, at the time he said it, there were only three others alive with sharingan.
Sasuke had sharingan.
Not everyone has MS or rinnegan.
Please do tell me when its stated that jinchuriki in control of his bijuu can break it. Well, in any case, only two people have perfect control of their bijuu. (I'm not questioning you, I honestly don't remember when that point was mentioned)
Not everyone can just close their eyes and fight when they want to. It takes practice, as gai mentioned. Besides, who'd think that they shouldn't look into someones eyes when fighting, normal sharingan genjutsus can be countered by someone skilled enough easily. I don't think that most would bother.

I don't think Jins can break Itachi's Tsuku in a quick enough manner to stop the psychological damage it inflicts. It only lasts a second in real time, with the target getting tortured for days in the genjutsu. By the time the Bijuu breaks their Jin out of the jutsu, they would have at least spent a "day" getting tortured. This probably wouldn't leave them comatose like it did Kakashi, but it would leave them very susceptible to a finishing blow.

Kakashi didn't break out of it but he did endure it. Sasuke both endured and broke free of it.

For skilled sensors, this technique is a joke. All you need is fighting with eyes closed but you actually have to be a sensor. Other than that, you can try to replicate Gai's method by fighting without eye contact or simply create a technique that makes his eye useless(Zabuza's hidden mist, bringer of darkness, etc). A perfect Jinchuriki is also immune to it. If not, you have to be a skilled Sharingan user to break it. So far, those are the only way to fight/counter it that we know

Sensors can sense the chakra molded or pressure when Amaterasu is about to be released. Example: Nagato
