Is tsukuyomi the ultimate-unbreakable--unblockable-undefeated-one shot attack?

Now, this thread is the product of mere curiosity. So, I really hope that a flame war wouldn't erupt over this.

Is tsukuyomi ultimate-unbreakable--unblockable-undefeated-one shot attack? I mean, yea, I've never seen anyone get out of it or break it or anything. But, whenever I see a thread regarding Itachi, people mention that Tsukuyomi one-shot everyone. I really want to know if its as unbelievably ridiculously unbeatable as people claim it to be. If it really was so strong, couldn't he have just used it on everyone who was against Konoha, and prevented all this current mess from happening in the first place. (I know that if it were so, then the entire naruto manga would be irrelevant. However, it just seems preposterous that Kishi created an attack OP attack like this without weakness)

Nope, many people think it is tho. Many people on here will mention how Itachi said the only way to beat it is with the sharingan an having Uchiha blood but fail to realize that: 1) Itachi was was still acting bad so why would he tell his jutsu's weakness to anyone? Wouldn't he make it seem like it's near ipossible to beat? Kakashi said himself that a ninja must be a master at deception (or something like that to Naruto around Zabuza arc). 2) Before anything, Tsukyomi is still a genjutsu so must follow the rules of a genjutsu which are: 1) To break out you must stop your chakra flow then overwhelm your opponent's chakra with a greater chakra flow or 2) have someone else do it for you.

The only thing is that Tsukuyomi (when used by Itachi) takes 1 second to everyone who is not effect to the jutsu while it can be hours, days, months, years in it for Itachi and his victim. But those who have access to another power (curse seal, Bijuu, ect.) can breakout. Jinchuurikis and their bijuu's are connected and can approach each other as 8 tails does when Bee is trap in genjutsus. For those who say well those weren't 1 sec genjutsus like Tsukuyomi, well yeah so what? the Bijuu is inside them so the time difference wouldn't affect them. Hell if you go back then you see many times that Naruto was taking to Kurama it was in battles and as long as they talked Naruto would hae been dead unless they have a time difference when they talk. Time might be slower while Naruto enters inside himself to talk to Kurama, Same when he talked to all Bijuus a couple chapters ago, Tobi can have got him if time moved in the same frequency.

As for Sasuke, I highly doubt he used th sharingan to break out of Tsukuyomi for the sheer fact that Sasuke was already a master of the 3 tomoes yet he had to use hs curse seal to breakout. To me Sasuke used the Curse seal to increase his chakra and disrupt Itachi's chakra because if it was his Sharingan then he wouldn't need to use the curse seal since Itachi said only an Uchiha who master the 3 tomoes or have MS can break out yet Sasuke who did master 3 tomoes needed to disrupt Itachi's chakra makes Itachi's 1st claim on how to beat Tsukuyomi false. So that shows that he most likely was acting like a ninja and decieved his enemies or Kishi realized he messed up the Tsukuyomi weakness with the genjutsu's rules.

This is actually wrong, The tsukuyomi is just a genjutsu like any other. The special thing about it is the fact that it requires only eye contact to initiate and how much mental damage you can inflict on your opponent while inside of it.

tsukuyomi like all genjutsu can be broken by a 2nd party getting said person out of it. This is shown by how the 8 tails get killer bee out of Sasukes genjutsu and how Asumas wife got kakashi out of itachis tsukuyomi during there fight. The whole idea of unbreakable, unblockable, undefeated, kind of goes with any genjutsu. For instance asumas wifes genjutsu works on smell, so although one can easily say oh you can block it by not smelling it someone can counter by saying what are you not going to breathe throughout the entire fight? The same goes for tsukuyomi, one can say that, like gai, you can just not look at there eyes but instead look at there feet, but then someone else would say what are you never going to look at there eyes the entire fight.

So the lore of the tsukuyomi goes along with all other genjutsu. the tsukuyomi is just a better breed of genjustu, but I think alot of the fame it gets is more as in reference to genjutsu as a whole and not tot specifically the tsukuyomi.

Sadly, at the time he said it, there were only three others alive with sharingan.
Sasuke had sharingan.
Not everyone has MS or rinnegan.
Please do tell me when its stated that jinchuriki in control of his bijuu can break it. Well, in any case, only two people have perfect control of their bijuu. (I'm not questioning you, I honestly don't remember when that point was mentioned)
Not everyone can just close their eyes and fight when they want to. It takes practice, as gai mentioned. Besides, who'd think that they shouldn't look into someones eyes when fighting, normal sharingan genjutsus can be countered by someone skilled enough easily. I don't think that most would bother.

Bee said so himself that Genjutsus won't work.
