Kabuto is no longer powerful, I get upset when I see all of the top 5 or top 10 threads and he is on them, all of that power is gone and it is not coming back. He no longer possesses SM or the Edo Tensei summonings that he had at his disposal. No Uzumaki, Hozuki, and Jyugo DNA either.


Kabuto is back to his old self, he is only Jonin level right now... I'd understand if he died with all of those things at his disposal, but he lost all of those powers and is still alive, so he dies in the next few chapters he dies a scrub.. Jk but he is Jonin still.

Edit: Look at it this way, if he dies and get revived using Edo Tensei.. Will he be revived with all of those powers? NOPE
