idk i always viewed itachi and minato as equals like i view itachi and nagato as equals. one isn't stronger than the other becuase they both were used for very specific reasons.

Jiraya fought Pain, and destroyed like 2 of them, without knowing anything... It was tough to Pain...

People overrate amaterasu and susano, and as Itachi is like the coolest of narutoverse, makes it even worse... I am not looking for a war here, or whatsoever, but tell me how Itachi would defeat J-man

Many people are putting Jiraya as the weakest, but remember Itachi wouldn't dare fighting Jiraya!

That was in Part One, and as much as I like Jiraiya more than the other two you've listed here, I gotta say that was over-hyping his character. Things changed a lot in Part Two and that whole Itachi-Jiraiya thing got shifted a lot.

Amaterasu is a close/medium combat skill, Sasuke avoided so many of them lol, and you think Jiraya would sit and wait for the amaterasu to com eand burn him? And wait that susano sword?? Jiraya is a master in getting rid of genjutsu

I am sure you know what manga chapter i am talking about, this is if you have read them all... jiraya knows a lot about itachi, ofc he wouldn't easily fall in his genjutsu... Jiraya also senses chakra, etc...

Jiraya knows how to avoid Genjutsus.... so that do not work on jiraya
