Why Sasuke could possibly be stronger than Naruto..?

Genjutsu - Self Explanatory. Sasuke wins.

Taijutsu - Close tie here. In Sage Mode, Naruto wins easily though.

Intelligence - Dare I say they are equal. Naruto is very proficient in battle.

No they are not. All doujutsu is originated from the Ten tails, nothing natural about it. Also, a susano'o is a summon that is fighting for you and guarding you.
