We have to take into account that Naruto's Rasenshuriken is Wind Type, which is strong against lightning. Even though Sasuke has fire attacks, Rasenshuriken is simply too powerful of a jutsu (Double S rank) to be affected by C-rank fire attacks. Because Rasenshuriken destroys chakra on a molecular level, it stands to reason that it can pinpoint and disintegrate Susanoo given enough force.
Dojutsu Genjutsu can be repelled by not looking into the eyes when attacking. This is difficult for Naruto of course, but were he to figure this out and use this proficiently, his Sage Mode and Chakra Mode can detect Sasuke's every movement.
Naruto wins in taijutsu against Sasuke by far--Naruto is simply too fast and powerful for him in this area.
A big misconception. Naruto is not cognitively smart-- he is emotionally smart. That's why he's able to understand people's feelings so easily.
1.C-rank Fire Style is even need to do anything against Rasenshuriken....Sasuke can simply use the hottest fire level "Amaterasu" or just use Susanoo to tank it.
2.No, Naruto has never shown the ability to close his eyes once in a fight....just because DSM Kabuto did it doesn't mean SM Naruto can do it...by that logic, we can also say people can look down an Uchiha feet when they are fighting them like Gai, but they can't....why? because it takes training to do so.
3.SM Naruto is fast, but not that fast for Sasuke not to keep up with him....Sasuke with 3 tome easily kept up with the Railkage in V1 and the Railkage in V1 is far faster than SM Naruto or Sasuke can simply use Susanoo to take on every punch Naruto uses on him.
