Title says it all
If he really hated Uchihas can someone explain me why he had a Uchiha(Kagami) in his team? Why did he decide to be the decoy to save their lifes if he could have send Kagami to be the decoy? All what Tobirama wanted is peace. He says it since he was young:

Just look what happened later? All Uchihas we know who got depressed after experiencing true love turned evil(Obito, Madara, Sasuke), and if it happens, it's dangerous for the village

So i don't think Tobirama hated Uchihas. He only feared their hatred to be obstacle for peace in the village. I thought it was clear but unfortunately it seems people can't read manga properly
